Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
Bright, clean, very spacious, comfortable, very convenient beachfront location. Free parking but no need for a car. Perfect for beachside relaxing - the beach is in front of the building! A great base for Conferences in Cannes, Cannes Yachting Festival 2025, MIPCOM. Excellent bus and train services. Apartment is on first floor with a lift.

The space
Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Even with just two people the extra bathroom and bedroom is a bonus! Air conditioning in both bedrooms AND sitting room.

Guest access
The entire apartment is yours! The large terrace at the back, the small balcony at the side give this apartment a feeling of freedom and space. Free private secure outdoor parking!

Other things to note
Beautiful beaches in front of building with a ramp for wheelchair or buggy access. Lifeguard monitored beach during July and August. Beach mats, parasols and towels available for your use.

Dan and Marion, their children and grandchildren, love to visit Cannes for a relaxed break and sunshine. The location is so convenient on the sea front - and the town centre only a short walk away. We love the bakery for fresh croissants and pastries right on our door step. Great beach restaurants in front of the building!
