The Alameda apartment is situated on the Boulevard, one of the main pedestrian avenues in San Sebastian. The Boulevard separates the city Centre from the Old Town and the neighbourhood of Gros.
Its strategic location makes it an ideal vacation apartment, close to all tourist attractions and services offered by this holiday resort.
The spacious accommodation (110 square metres) consists of three bedrooms and two fully equipped (URL HIDDEN) apartment is on the second floor of a six storey building, which makes it very tranquil and bright in spite of its lively location. All rooms face the block's courtyard with the exception of the lounge, which faces a Boulevard's side street. The building also has a lift.
The large open plan lounge/dining area is the main feature of this holiday apartment and it is perfect to enjoy a relaxing evening with family and friends during your holidays.Next to the lounge there is a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area perfect for breakfast time.
The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two twin beds. Next to the rooms there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The surrounding area has all sorts of shops, from local groceries to designer clothes stores. There are also cinemas, theatres, bars and restaurants, which include some of the most well known in San Sebastian.
Just a short walk away is the harbour leading to the Aquarium. From here you can access the wonderful Paseo Nuevo, marvellous promenade around the Urgull mountain. This takes you back to the Old Town.The Alderdi Eder gardens and La Concha beach are also just a stroll from the Alameda apartment.
