Our high speed internet, private hot tub, steam shower, game room, and large floor plan gives everyone lots of elbow room and will make you feel like you are in your own private retreat. Need to work? Desks in 4 bedrooms. Hot Tub and 5 Bedrooms (2 are Masters) and a loft too.
The space
This clean, spacious Mountain Retreat is just off of State HWY 120 about 25 minutes to the Yosemite entrance, in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake and is equipped with everything you need to have a fun, relaxing vacation and create great memories with your family and friends.
Air conditioner, steam shower, and hot tub! Two kayaks with unlimited use are banked at main marina for you. Less then 1/2 mile walk or drive to the main marina.
With 5 private bedrooms and a loft with semi private sleeping, this home is the perfect setting for an intimate gathering with family and friends without feeling crowded. For your vacation comfort, this relaxing home is newly decorated and fully furnished with high speed DSL, WiFi, and a well equipped kitchen. Included are three satellite TVs, Net Flix, Amazon Prime, VCR, and a DVD player. We provide beach gear, chairs, coolers, two kayaks, and much more.
Master Suite #1
El Capitan Room is on the main level away from the rest of the house. It has a California King bed with amazing forest views from the large windows. It also includes a desk, printer, TV, large bathroom with steam shower and oversized tub.
Master Suite #2
Yosemite Room is downstairs and has a door that walks out to the lower level deck and hot tub. It includes a Queen size bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk in shower.
The large outside deck has two levels. The upper level has a gas grill and plenty of seating.
The lower level deck is a great place for the kids to have their space or for a smaller group to sneak away from the crowd and listen to the peaceful sounds of nature while reading a book. The lower deck is also a great place to get a closer look at the deer that frequently pass.

Bear Cave Bedroom Queen Bed.
Bathroom with bath tub/shower in hallway and a DVD player (adult and kid movies provided).
Downstairs
Master Suite #2-
Yosemite Room has a Queen Bed, Bathroom with shower, and Cable TV (DirectTV).
Family Fun Loft
Loft/Game Room has a pool table, foosball, Double size futon bed, and Cable TV (DirectTV).
Guest access
You can feel safe as PML is a gated community. There is parking available for up to 5 cars on our property. There is a separate $50 parking pass per vehicle (Jan 2025), which is payable at the front gate upon entry. The pass is good for your entire stay up to 7 days.
Other things to note
Must be 25 years or older to book. Person making reservation must be staying at our vacation home during set reservation dates.
If you are planning to book with us, please make sure your Airbnb profile is completed including verifying your ID and selfie. It is not the same as your profile picture. The selfie option comes after you take a picture of your ID. You can do this on your Airbnb profile page. The information is private and stays with Airbnb. It will not be shared with us.

Other amenities within PML are horse shoe pits (we provide the horse shoes), golf course, tennis, pickle ball, horseback riding, hiking trails, public swimming pool, and more. There is an additional fee for some of the amenities. Check with PML Association for fees and seasonal availability.
The cute town of Groveland boasts to have the oldest working bar in California, The Iron Door Saloon. You will get a kick out of seeing the dollar bills on the ceiling and all of the historical paraphernalia. They have fun cover bands usually on Friday and Saturday nights. If you like craft beer, check out Around the Horn Brewery.
Craving Mexican Food? La Michoacana won’t disappoint. Two Guys Pizza Pies is great and they deliver too. Most places in downtown Groveland have outdoor seating.
Like to cook on your own? Marval Grocery store is just 2 miles from our door step and just expanded and provides a large variety of groceries and fresh produce.
