I had a pleasant stay at Marlon's place. It was conveniently located near the subway station. I would definitely comeback and recommend the place to friends and family.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be outside of the city, with easy access to the other boroughs. The room is a good size for one or two people. There is a lot to do/access within walking distance and it’s a friendly neighborhood. Our host Marlon was very responsi…

Marlon is an awesome guy (I confused him for a pro soccer player!) and he keeps his places nice! I booked a few different rooms from him within the same week. In particular, this room is amazing and the ac blows freezing cold in the summer (I didn’t even expect the ac!) The apart…

The location was close to the subway and Mario is an okay host but those are the only positives about the place. We were supposed to spend 3 nights at this place, but we ended up not even staying. We went and got another place. The neighborhood did not feel or look safe at all. …

Response from Marlon:
First of all This woman was expecting the whole apartment for herself. She does not even read well to begin with. .People will see what they want to see. and I have to say some people are delusional by nature, nothing we can do about it Most NY buildings are old, so don t expect The Marriot or Hilton Standards in the lobby or corridors or don t expect the area look like Las Vegas or Disney. The pictures of the apartment talk by themselves, you be the judge. You can read the reviews . People love it. Area is safe 24 hours. Apartment is New, Furniture is in very good conditions. Thanks
