Enjoy an evening fire inside the living room or outdoors with the lake view (firewood included). Living room has board games books, magazines, TV Roko. Picnic basket with wine glasses and breakfast in bed tray for your use.
5 miles from Sequoyah state park-golf-horseback riding-biking & hiking trails-boating & fishing, nature center (eagle & owl feeding 3 daily. Pardise cove has pontoon boats for rent. Across bridge rent kayaks-swim-picnic. Whitehorn Cove across from lake house has restaurant on the water. Tahlequah has Cherokee museum & village 22 miles away. Yoga barn and ropes challenge course in Waggoner 10 miles away. Hulbert has a Kiddie fountain splash park open 10-8 M-S & play area. Groups & families stay with us to float the Illinois River. We have an activity note book that gives you phone numbers & maps of all these activities so you can easily plan.

Our heart is that you will INJOY our place and create wonderful memories. We ask that you respect and keep it like your own home. This is not a bed & breakfast so there is no daily room service. We respect your privacy. We welcome you to injoy special celebrations such as Anniversary and birthday's and special milestones.

We do not charge a cleaning fee-so this helps us by doing the following
1-Guests and other group occupants shall maintain the premises in good, clean condition and use same in a careful and lawful manner.
2- Guests shall leave the premises in ready-to-rent condition- Strip beds of USED sheets, pillowcases. We will wash sheets & towels. Dirty Dishes used in dishwasher and run. USED towels placed in washing machine.
3- Guests shall dispose of all trash and garbage generated during the rental period. Trash and garbage will be discarded only by use of plastic trash bags and which shall be placed in designated bins. Recycle all cans in marked bin.
4-Guests shall ensure their conduct is respectful and lawful of property leased and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights and interests of the surrounding property owners.
5-Guests shall not possess nor discharge firearms on the leased property.
6-Guest agrees that fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property.
7-Guest is advised that the property contains a wood-burning fireplace that is to be used only during the winter months with approval of the property owner.
8-Guest is advised that the property contains a gas stove and oven, gas heating and a gas grill and will seek help from property owner/manager if the proper operation of such items is not fully understood.
9-Property has a fire pit outside the house and is to be used in a responsible manner at all times. All open flames must be extinguished before leaving the fire pit area. Use the garden hose next to the fire pit to water all open flames until fully out. Newspapers are in closet to kindle fire along with matches.
10-The property has a fire extinguisher under sink in the kitchen. The fire extinguisher was fully charged at last inspection. It is the duty of the guests to inform property manager/owner should the fire extinguisher become less than full. Guest agrees to use the fire extinguisher only for true emergencies.
11-The property has fire alarms installed and they are believed to function properly at the time of rental. Guest will notify owner/management without delay if a fire alarm chirps or has a low battery condition.
12-TV and Movies are provided via Wi-Fi internet access using Roku. Any movies that require purchase will be paid by the guest.
13-Guest shall ensure that any furniture (interior and exterior) that is moved shall be relocated to its original location at the end of the lease.
14-Load limit on top bunk bed is 200 Lbs. and load limit on lower bunk is 250lbs.
15-Extra stacked chairs are available for outside use stored in living room. Please return to living room location as this keeps them in clean condition.
16-If you would like a later check out time we will grant your request as long as we do not have guests coming in the same day. Call us as we do not always see text.
