STOP SEARCHING: You've found the best house in Paros! It is ideally located away from tourists, the house has everything you need to cook or just chill. The beach in front of the house is charming and at 3 minutes walking distance only. And it is decorated with very good taste. We stayed 9 nights at 8 people and we loved it. Thanks Greg and Klaus!

We spent 5 days in Gregory's house with my partner and my daughter and to say it shortly: everything was perfect! The house is really beautiful, clean and inspiring, the location is quiet and well placed to explore the island, and Gregory and Klaus were available and welcoming. The closest beach was windy but beautiful and empty. We really enjoyed spending time in this cosy and fully equipped house and in its three terraces. We already miss it... We recommend this house, and we would love to come back!

We had a great week in Greg's Villa. The house is nice, well adapted for a family (with kids in the basement rooms). The location is both quiet and close to the beach which is really good. Paros is small and you can be anywhere in 15/30 minutes. In addition to Tsoukalia beach, which we really liked, there are good beaches nearby (molos, golden beach, Santa Maria...). Food is available at Naousa or Marpissa (10 min drive). The house is exactly as presented, the garden is small but really attractive and we enjoyed dining in the outside dining room. We also liked using the BBQ and the wooden pizza oven. It is possible to hike around and even horse riding (Kokou is located on the road to Naousa). We did a evening/night walk to the monastery of Saint Anthony (the one you can see from the house) which was great : the sunset from there is impressive. We also hiked at sunrise toward Ambelas and it was very good : this is the best view of Tsoukalia. We really liked Paros and were really pleased to have chosen Greg's Villa.

Fantastic house! The outdoor grill, the ice machine, the rooftop! Just to mention a few highlights we really enjoyed. Clean and the kitchen has all the basic things you need to cook a nice dinner for up to 8 people. (Could maybe need some sharper knives) Klaus was very helpful. The beach close to the house is nice and perfect if you want to stay away from the crowds and don't need an umbrella or restaurant/bar at the beach. Golden Beach is nice if you like umbrellas, sun beds, restaurants/bars, and windsurfing-rental on the beach. Cosy after sun open late bar Golden Garden within walking distance. Our favourite beach on the island was at the Glyfa restaurant. Trees for natural shade on the chilled out stone/sand beach. A nice mellow bar and a restaurant on the beach. Also they grow amazing melons, tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants etc.

Response from Gregory:
Hi Anders - thank you for your stay and Review. Re "sharper knives" - you must be more cleaver than me in the kitchen- as with dull knives I still have all my fingers :))) Maybe some new knives next season with warnings on them for hazards like me ! Your always very welcome - kindest regards Gregory.

Stunning location in the middle of wine and olive groves and short walk to a quiet beach. Loved how the villa was away from any touristic areas. But still a short drive to lovely fishing villages and shops. Very relaxing stay.

Villa de Chill Out was the perfect vacation place for our family. It has a bedroom on each floor. My husband and I took the top floor, the master bedroom, where the rooms have amazing views and lovely breezes. My 14 year old daughter had the main floor bedroom, which opens out onto the porch and dining area. And my 19 year old son had the basement floor, with its own entrance and privacy. We were able to see so many stars at night from the roof/patio area. The beach (Tsoukalia) is a very short walk, basically down the long driveway. It's a beautiful beach--not too rough with some private areas at the very end. We often went to Molos beach as well, which is very calm and shallow, with lots of families. There's a taverna right near the beach where we had lunch one day. My husband and I like to hike, and we hiked some beautiful walks (one on the old Byzantine road to the small mountain village of Lefkes. Everyday the sky was a brilliant blue and the winds were just right. We made pizza in the pizza oven. And we ate twice in Pisa Livadi (we really enjoyed Soiree)--it's a very sweet beachfront town, with lots of cafes and restaurants. And we went to Naoussa, which is a little more touristy but so pretty and fun. We highly recommend Anna and Giorgos in Marapissa--some of the very best food we had. Gregory provides some great suggestions at the house. There are food shops and bakeries and cafes all very near the house (short 5-10 minute drives). The house and the setting are as beautiful, if not more beautiful, than the pictures. We would love to go back some day.
