Today it is a traditional neighborhood, close to the sea, the city center, the train and bus station and the main shopping centers of the city.


The apartment is next to the central railway and bus station, next to the best shopping area of Málaga and next to the market of Carmen and the church of Carmen, patron saint of sailors.


The building is modern, and the apartment is new, spacious and bright, with modern decoration and everything you need to spend a few days next to the center and the sea in a quiet area.

very close to maraga station, shopping mall, beach, but not noisy. the room was clean . we could stay there in convinience and comfortable. i wanna stay again!!

Lucía has been an excellent host, responding to every request that I've had. She organised transport for myself and my boyfriend to and from the airport which was excellent and allowed us to have late check out on the day we left. The apartment was lovely, well cleaned and close to amenities. It's about a 15 minute walk from the closest beach and 20-25 minutes from the square. There's a fantastic shopping centre only 2 minutes away with a massive supermarket. Overall, I'm very pleased with my stay here and would definitely return to Málaga!

Lucía & Miguel's apartment was awesome. It's a short walk to the city center and main beach, but far enough outside of the action to enjoy some peace and quiet. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful, and make sure you have a everything you need during your stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Esta bien ubicado el apartamento. Cerca a todos los sitios, super tranquilo, cómodo y limpió. muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona. Un lugar perfecto.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr sauber und hat über alles nötige verfügt und zudem wurden Dinge wie Shampoo, Sonnencreme oder Handtücher extra zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Kontakt mit Lucia lief sehr gut ab, genauso wie der Shuttle Service vom/zum Flughafen. 2 Minuten entfernt war ein Kaufhaus mit einem großen Supermarkt, zum Stadtzentrum waren es jedoch 10-15 Minuten und zum Strand nochmal weitere 5 Minuten. Das war auf dem Hinweg zwar kein Problem, auf dem Rückweg hat sich der Weg aber in die Länge gezogen. Alles in allem waren wir aber mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Malaga.
