This ideal retreat will be your home away from home, where everything is here to start your get-away. This beautifully designed property starts in the bright and open kitchen, with plenty of granite counter space, newer appliances and seating for up to six people. Utilities are stocked for your convenience for any of your cooking needs.

The living room has a leather loveseat and four additional comfortable chairs, perfectly situated next to the private balcony which offers views of John's Pass Village and gulf waters. Here is the perfect spot to indulge in your favorite cocktail while experiencing one of a kind Florida weather!

The master bedroom is attractively furnished with two queen size beds, television and access to the balcony. The spacious second guestroom has a king sized bed, sitting area and television. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, closet and dresser drawer space. This is a perfect unit for couples or families. Linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home. Free WIFI, and long distance calls between Canada and US are also included.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Naturally 505 Beach Place is steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well.

Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Reservations & Rates:
No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property for the entire reservation.
We do not accept wedding parties, class reunions, large groups or family reunions. A maximum of three units may be reserved by any one group.
Utilities:
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, water, cable, telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. The operation and maintenance of these utilities is out of the control of SunHost Resorts.
Internet Service:
Internet Access, if provided, is a FREE guest amenity and neither SunHost Resorts, Complex Associations nor the unit owners accept liability stemming from the use or loss of use of the service. No compensation will be given for loss of internet access, if provided.
Parking:
Parking is limited at all SunHost Resorts. Parking regulations vary from complex to complex. Beach Place & Las Brisas have NO visitor parking. Units at Beach Place and Las Brisas are limited to one assigned space. Most three bedroom units at Beach Place have 2 assigned spaces. City parking lots are located adjacent to or near most SunHost Resorts and discounted parking permits are available. You can contact the city at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) for additional parking info and pricing.
No Pets:
Pets of any type are prohibited at any SunHost Resort and any SunHost managed unit. If any evidence of a pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately and forfeit all rental payments.
Smoking / Damages:
All SunHost units are designated as non-smoking. Smoking in any unit will result in an additional charge of $350. Any damages to unit or condominium property are the responsibility of the renter.
Use of Facilities:
Sunhost manages units in a number of different complexes. You are entitled to only use the facilities at the complex you are staying at. Visitor policies vary by complex. No Weddings, gatherings, parties or family reunions may be held on the property of any SunHost Resort. A maximum of three units may be reserved by any one group.
Furnishings:
All properties are individually owned and furnished. No two properties are alike. No furniture is to be rearranged, nor are any items to be removed or taken to another property. No beach towels, beach chairs, toys or umbrellas are provided.
Hurricanes:
If the National Weather Service issues a HURRICANE WARNING, not a tropical storm warning, and mandatory evacuation for the Madeira Beach or Redington area, registered guests are entitled to receive a refund of the rental balance as of the date of the warning.
Questions & Concerns:
Any questions or concerns should be presented to management as soon as practical after check-in. Every effort will be made to address these matters immediately.
