Freshly renovated ATTIC on the 3rd floor near the center (1Km) and the beach (3.3Km).
Private apartment with cozy balcony on the top of our house, located in the artistic and cool area of Zeehelden, direct tram from Den Haag Centraal&HS.

The space

A private apartment freshly renovated and located on the 3rd floor on the top of our home :
- A small bedroom with floor pallet bed and drawers
- A private kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooker and sink)
- A private bathroom (toilets, sink and shower) with a roller blind for intimacy
- A private living room with four skylights
- A private small balcony.

On the top floor of our house with a common entrance, three flights of stairs that could be a bit steep but normal for Dutch standards.

Guest access

Access to the attic (3rd floor) through a common entrance (and stairs) plus the laundry room on the second floor for long stays only.
Please bear in mind that we live on the first and second floor.

Interaction with guests

We do AirBnB because we like to meet people from the whole world with different backgrounds and cultures!
We respect privacy and we like to share a drink when available.

Other things to note

- parking places are available in the street but not free (as everywhere in The Hague)
- Stairs may not be convenient for small children (no stair gates)
- High chair, toddler bed and all other babies related items are available upon request
- Laundry facilities are at your disposal on the second floor for long stays only
- I send you a document by email before your arrival. This document contains many useful information (how to access by car, train or tram - wifi, how to find supermarket, bars, museums, etc.)

Briefly, everything was more than nice. Leo and his wife are more than friendly and nice persons. We arrived a little bit earlier than expected and were invited to a cup of tea into their private living room. Shorthand, we were asked to take care about their little son and daughter while they were cleaning up the rooms upstairs. That was really nice, because this shows how they are trusting the people and makes us trust them. The rooms in the third floor were small but more than big enough for us to stay for one night. There was a small room with one bed for two persons and a sleeper in the first room also for two persons. Furthermore, there was a small balcony where you are able to sit, unfortunately it was to cold to sit outside. The bathroom was awesome, if we could we would also have this nice tiles and wall cladding in wood style as you have. Parking is a little bit tricky, you have to stay outside of the centruum (near tram station "WORLD FORUM"). There it is for free and you can go by tram directly to the city for a price of 6,50 € per day with unlimited travelling in all trams and busses. Walking from the centruum to the flat only takes us arround 15 minutes, so its not that far. All together we recommend you to stay in this airbnb rooms and together with this nice persons.

We are regulars on AirBnB in many countries with dozens of stays. There had been many great locations, fantastic sites and experiences, but where Léo and Zeina stands out is the host experience : from reception to accommodating our wishes and building the unique relationship that makes AirBnB strive is where our hosts are hard to be bested. I definitely recommend this place for anyone with an open heart. Additionally, we wanted a room and got a superb studio with plenty light, balcony, amenities and privacy. Do check it out!
