Breakfast is served at the kitchen table at 8:30 a.m. so enjoy any time after it is ready. Organic wheat-based baguette, organic yogurt, milk, fruit juice with honey, butter, jam, cream cheese, fruit, and coffee. To make toast, put bread in the mini-oven and heat for 2-3 min. To make coffee, put water ground coffee into the coffeemaker and enjoy. After your meal is finished, roughly wash dishes and utensils with water and put them inside the dishwasher.
ㅡKitchen: refrigerator in the main kitchen available. Coffee and tea for guests.
ㅡLivingroom: available until 10p.m.
ㅡSmoking: terrace outside of the living room. No ashtray is available.
ㅡHeat: each room has its own heat controls.
ㅡWi-Fi: network name “Sati Guest network” (no password)
ㅡSecurity: CCTV camera operating 24 hours on the exterior of the building.
ㅡSanitization: this house is managed by Sesco, a sanitizing company, to keep it insect-free.
ㅡBlankets and towels: all blankets, sheets, and pillows are duck down. At iHouse, we wash and dry all sheets and blankets even if a guest stays just one night. Please note due to the high drying temperature, blankets may be wrinkly. Extra towels are available in the storage box in the livingroom.
ㅡEmergency medicine, bandage, and personal sanitary products available. (painkillers, digestive pills, Vaseline, sterilizer, etc.)
ㅡYou may borrow raincoats and umbrellas.
ㅡLiving room equipment
Sound Bar, Sub-woofer & Radio, MP3/CD Player: you can play music with a CD or by connecting by Bluetooth. Watch media on your phone or tablet by connecting to 65” SUHD SAMSUNG QLED TV by Bluetooth as well.
Other things to note
There are 3 bins in the kitchen for recycling.
-Grey- recyclable plastic, vinyl, can, bottle, metal, etc.
-Big Red: Paper
-Small Red: Regular trash (white trash bag)
-Yellow bag in sink: food waste
*Used towels and sheets
Please put them in the yellow basket in the living room.
