Comfortable apartment in industrial style, furnished 3* tourist accommodation, 50 m2 with 7 m2 terrace, balcony running along the other side (east-west facing apartment), located in the bohemian artists' district of Marseille, Notre Dame du Mont-Cours Julien.
The apartment is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.

The space
Industrial loft atmosphere with exposed beams on the 4th and top floor of the building (note: building without elevator): a high ceiling, the bedroom located on a mezzanine, the fully equipped open kitchen with bar, a living room with sofa and if necessary a single extra bed, a desk area, a dressing-reading area open to the terrace on the quiet courtyard side.

The newly redone terrace with graffiti signed ozas99prod (made in Marseille!!) offers sunshine all morning, in the afternoon it is gradually shaded. There is a table, chairs, an umbrella, a small vegetable garden. The balcony on the other side is sunny in the afternoon, so the apartment is always very bright.

An efficient fan is present in the bedroom, and reversible air conditioning can be used for the entire apartment.

Crib/baby chair/safety gate available for the mezzanine at an additional cost.

Your comfort on arrival is ensured by bed linen already installed and towels according to the number of guests, coffee and tea are also included.

There are also essentials for cooking, dishes and soap, a washing machine, an iron.

The apartment is non-smoking inside, but the terrace and balcony are available if needed!

Neighbourhood highlights

The neighborhood is very lively and allows you to enjoy the day on the terraces of restaurants and cafes as much as the night with exhibitions, concerts and others. It is the district of artistic life in Marseille, as well as a district of history with one of the best-known markets in the city 3 times a week on Place Jean Jaurès (called "La Plaine"), quality local shops, an organic market on Wednesdays and an antique market regularly.

It is ideally located in Marseille, 10 minutes by metro from Saint Charles train station, 15 minutes' walk from the Old Port, 30 minutes from the beaches (metro/bus or car).

The apartment is on a rather quiet street in this neighborhood, with public parking spaces at the bottom of the building, paid during the day on weekdays.
