Other things to note
The legislation obliges the apartment owner to keep a "travelers' log book" for all guests over the age of 16. Each one of them must present at the time of arrival the original of their ID, in case of being Spanish, or passport, and sign in the book. Otherwise, the keys can not be delivered. In order to prepare this registration, the host will require guests, days before arrival, to send a copy of said documents.
