An Australian transplant, after earning my Ph.D, I have worked as a scientist in the field of animal nutrition for many years in a number of different countries. I came to Ireland to visit a friend and just fell in love with the country and its wonderful culture and lifestyle. My husband is a mathematician and the loveliest man in the world. We feel very privileged to be live in this fantastic, historic mansion in what is surely one of the most scenic places in the world. We are so looking forward to sharing this special place with you and we know you will have a wonderful time.
