Interaction with guests
Your privacy is respected by us during your stay.
If for any reason we plan to come onto the property for yardwork or necessary maintenance, we will notify you ahead of time.
Call if you have any questions or need emergency repairs.
Other things to note
If you have allergies, you might consider that we have sometimes rented to pet owners. There may be dampness in the basement if there have been heavy rains.
We supply our guests with detergent (dish washing liquid, laundry soap, bath soap) and paper products, such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and tissues. If you use any of them all up and need more, please note this for your grocery shopping list.
We hope you to make yourself at home and enjoy the time you spend in Martinsville.
Please communicate with us by texting or calling me (Lynn). If I do not answer immediately, leave a voice message, ok?
*Pets may be allowed. Please inquire. There is a leash law in Martinsville.
*No smoking inside the house. There is a screen porch where you may smoke, but don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky, and cigarette butts can cause the house to smell just as bad as if someone had been smoking in it.
*Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
*If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
*Be considerate and turn off lights, appliances and electronics when they are not being used
*Do not leave the doors and windows open when the heat/air conditioning are running.
