Our Bunkhouse borders the Apache National Forest. Off the back deck lie ponds, the Little Colorado River and millions of acres of wildness.
Out the front door is the village's Main Street, with a walking path that meanders through town to the end of the road in one direction and to restaurants in the other.
There are some comfortable chairs on the front porch and rear deck, along with a gas grill.
Set a spell.
There is a kiva-style ladder that accesses the sleeping area in the loft, which has restricted headroom. Some guests find it useful to bring slip-on footwear for nightly trips up and down the ladder. Our Bunkhouse is not for everyone, but most everyone who stays here is genuinely pleased.
Other things to note
There is plenty of parking for a boat/trailer. The Bunkhouse shares its half-acre with the owners' residence and a commercial building that houses an art gallery and real estate office.
No pets. No children under 10.
Because of space limitations, the number of daytime guests cannot exceed four people, including renters.
No ATVs, out of respect for the peaceful enjoyment of Greer by its visitors and residents.
