Great location
90% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Father Sky cabin is a single room with beds, a sink, & coffee bar. It provides a grand view of the Monuments at your front door. Guests will definitely enjoy beautiful sunsets, sunrises, and stargazing from the front porch. Set in the same location as Mother Earth Hogan, the cabin provides a quiet, private setting with a picnic table. Enjoy a bbq or open pit fire in the evening. A small, free complimentary breakfast is included. The restroom is a shared, portable, outdoor privy.

The space
A great secluded place to get away & enjoy beautiful Monument Valley from your front porch! This one room cabin is furnished with a coffee bar, sink, and sleeping area. There are electrical outlets and lighting. A front porch fire pit, bbq & picnic table are provided.
The outdoor restroom is shared with one other party. There is a motion-sensored light inside. It is about 15 yards away from the cabin. Showers are not available at this time.

Guest access
A short trail is accessible just behind the cabin for an evening stroll or to catch an awesome sunrise photo!
A bbq grill, fire pit, & picnic table are available in front of the cabin. Just bring dinner to grill; or you can request to order dinner. Just mention it during the reservation.
Monument Valley Park is just across the way approximately 10 minutes. Guests can access the park at sunset or sunrise. Wifi is available, but not guaranteed. Therefore its not charged. We provide a free complimentary breakfast.

Other things to note
The Navajo Nation is on Daylight Savings Time from March to October. (One hour ahead of standard time).
GFI & Google Maps are not good here. Please follow the map I enclose to you upon confirmation.
The Navajo Nation does not have private street addresses, so neither do we. I can only urge you to use highway #, mile posts, & landmarks.
The towns are far in between each other like 90 miles and more. So take advantage of fueling up.

Good Sam Campground is another mile further in the canyon. It has public showers. The Post Office is nearby as well.

Hello! Welcome to my bnb site! My name is Rosalyn, and I am a Navajo woman native to Monument Valley. I have four children and have been married for 24 years. I am very excited to have you as my guest (s)! I am living my dream of being your host as a small business owner. I speak my native language and have worked under the Navajo Nation Park for 5 years and my husband for over 15 years. I take pride in our Navajo land, language, traditions, and food. I am excited to share a frybread with you for breakfast with Navajo tea. We would be honored to host your visit while in Monument Valley, considered the 8th Wonder of the World! My travel experience is limited, but I'm anxious for you to share yours! Learning is a lifelong experience.
