Beautiful house that Ann Marie is renovating with all her love. I had a wonderful stay, nice host and everything you needed she could provide it to you. Room was full equiped, breakfast great, and would probably be even better once the b&b opens. Amazing !

In bullet points: 1- home owners offer tours (Eventbrite: Meet the Spirits at the Weld Street Inn) because of suspected paranormal activity. We weren't looking for a ghost hunt, and this was left off the airbnb posting... 2- exorbitant amount of dolls placed throughout the hou…

Response from Ann Marie:
Wow, I am actually going to use this copy on my website! Thank you for taking the time to write that all out. I am a lifetime toy and doll collector, and pictures of my house *do* include dolls, dollhouses, and many antiques. We do have one single room decorated for a special Halloween Event, which is what this guest is referring to. Here is our story: Guest checked into the room and toured the house which included a room that was decorated for a private Halloween Event. About an hour later guest left stating he had made other accommodations. After his departure we discovered that he had tried to remove his name from our guest book by scratching through several pages with a ball point pen and that he had left the room in total disarray. His explanation: "We were uncomfortable with the fact that there are séances within the house," referring to the Halloween decorations adorning a single room in the house. The guest then proceeded to give us a bad review on Airbnb.

Our stay at the Weld Street Inn was lovely. The historical house was fun to explore especially wth the simple yet elegant touches Ann-Marie adds. Our host was easy to talk with and makes great home baked goods. We highly recommend this place!

Clean. More of a hotel experience than what has typically been for me a more home like Airbnb. I liked herbs in bathroom but anyone with scent sensitivity should beware. Best wishes! Lovely old home.

We had a very positive experience staying at the inn, loved learning about the history of the house and all of Ann Marie's plans, which include a restaurant downstairs. Our accommodations were very comfortable and Ann Marie provided toiletries which were appreciated. It was the …
