Interaction with guests
I will meet every guest when they arrive and explain how to enjoy a safe getaway while staying here. According to the Nature Conservancy study we are located in a semi-pristine wilderness almost 9000 ft above sea level. This is the home of bear, mountain lion, moose, elk, bobcat, martin, otters, and many other species. This is a place for wilderness lovers. No hunting allowed.
Other things to note
No all terrain vehicles or dirt bikes allowed on this property. No firearms or any weapons allowed. There is no cell phone reception in the area! There is a land line in the house that guests can use for local calls. There is good wifi, so that is your best option for communicating.
