Welcome to your home away from home! This new, self-contained, private studio (31 sqm) is the perfect place from which to explore Sydney's Northern Beaches. The studio includes a kitchenette, walk-in robe, en suite, a large TV and free WiFi. So whether you feel like venturing out or staying in, this is the ideal choice for you.

The space
The house is located on a quiet street, opposite a park with a lovely bit of bush and a playground for children. There are gorgeous ocean views both from the house and from the street. The studio is attached to the house, and is very private as it has an entirely separate entry requiring a separate set of keys. It is very modern and has a nice view onto our well-tended garden. The studio has plenty of space and includes a queen bed, as well as a king single.

Beacon Hill is a wonderful, green neighbourhood which offers an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. It is within very easy reach of several stunning beaches, including Dee Why, Curl Curl and, of course, Sydney's famous Manly Beach. The neighbourhood is also well-connected to public transport, with Sydney's CBD just a 45-minute bus ride away - or, for those wishing to enjoy the ocean views, a 30-minute ferry trip from Manly. In short, it is the "best of both worlds" and we are very grateful to call it home.
