This home is in a scenic location.
Situated in a quiet, secluded and safe area called Longkloof close to forest walks, 10 minutes drive to the beach and 45 minutes to Cape Town's Waterfront shopping area. Chapman's Peak drive offers a scenic drive taking in beautiful Noordhoek on your way to Cape Point nature reserve. Wine tasting opportunities abound a mere 20 minutes drive away. Delightful beach restaurants cater for all tastes . Hout Bay has a sea-side feel and attracts repeat visitors year after year.

There is a private garden in front of the cottage purely for guests to use. The swimming pool is available and is situated at the rear of the main house.

Other things to note
The current Covid regulations for South Africa which are n place currently will be in force until at least mid February 2021 and are as follows:
- the wearing of masks in public spaces, regular washing of hands and/or use of sanitizer
- curfew from 9pm to 5am with no unnecessary travel.
- no large gatherings allowed.
- no alcohol sales and restaurants and wineries may not serve wine.

Longkloof is a small enclave of 60 homes accessed via a security boom which is manned 24/7. The area is monitored by camera at night. There are no street lights and being close to the Orangekloof Nature reserve sightings of porcupine, caracal, mongoose and guinea fowl are common. We have many trees in the area which attract various types of birds including the beautiful Sunbird.
