My neighbors next door which we share our "soon to be" outdoor kitchen, are both nurses/doctors. They sometimes work overnight shifts, so entertering respectfully is key. They've never complained but I like to give a heads up!

Y’all, Rachel was so awesome. Her communication and hospitality are unmatched, and her spot was so cute and coiffed and coordinated down to every detail -- like, so cute. The 1/1 loft was perfect for me, my husband, and our two pups. Though, it’s an old loft above some other tenants, so be leery about your heavy feet or your idiot dogs who romp around at night because the downstairs neighbor will certainly be disrupted. All in all, a great rental in a great location — highly recommend!!

Rachel’s Irish Channel place is fun, walkable, and charmingly decorated. Floors needed to be vacuumed, but otherwise the place was clean and bright. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the marching band practicing in the afternoon at the school across the street, walking to the St. Charles streetcar, shopping on Magazine St, and grabbing a late night taco at the Rum House. If you’re looking for a cute, quirky place to stay near the garden district, this place is a good choice.

Excellent Airbnb. Highly recommend if you are staying in the Garden District and want a walkable location close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.

Rachel's place is an excellent location. Close to all the shopping and great food on Magazine (Rum House, Juan's Flying Burrito). It's also shockingly spacious for New Orleans. The charm is indescribable. A gorgeous home away from home.

Great space, great location. There are a lot of cool spots to check out within walking distance on Magazine St. and Uber rides to French Quarter range $7-$10. Rachel was helpful and was easy to get in touch with. On the day we checked in Rachel met us and showed us around the house, my best friend and I thought this was a great personal touch! The place is private, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for when you’re on vacation.

Rachel’s place was comfortable and charming. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very walkable. Lots of great restaurants, shops and bars within a few block. Audubon Park is a nice run or short car ride away. Rachel was awesome, easy to communicate with and a lovely host. We will definitely stay in her loft again!

The space is clean, bright and quiet. Tucked just a couple of blocks off of magazine street in the Irish channel/garden district- it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go, but it felt like a real respite from the craze of Nola when we wanted that as well. We bought a 5 day RTA pass and took the trolley and bus everywhere. It's very accessible. The space was perfect. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again.

I'm Rachel..I'm an early 30-something professional that works in the Craft Cocktail business, as an owner of a bar catering business and local artist, I've worked in food and cocktails for over 15 years in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and now New Orleans-for the last 6 years.

Growing up with both of my parents being in the Airline business, I got to travel the world since the day I was born. I love the opportunity that Air B&B has created for everyone to share their space with lovers of travel and culture.

I am very passionate about food and cocktails and the history behind each around the world and have great knowledge of everything New Orleans. I love movies, going fishing/sailing in the Gulf, walking around the beautiful city, shopping, music, and wine!
