Overall our stay was pleasant. Perhaps slightly overpriced given it was low season and the very basic nature of the apartment. We perhaps thought it to be the Greek style however we have stayed in other air BnB properties in Greece to much higher standards for less cost. The lac…

Response from Katerina:
Dear Toby Firstly let me remind you that in your initial review not only didn't you point out the incident but you also left comments that are totally biased cause of the situation trying to pretend the victim of a profit predator, always in my (Website hidden by Airbnb) it's obvious who wanted to avoid a reference to that. It's such a big shame that you implying that I was going to make money from your compensation. As i said I offered to call an expert but their stay would be soon over and trying to find one was a problem since everyone I called was busy cause of the touristic season that ends at end of September. That's why I gave them an estimate given my experience but that's also why I never insisted and the couple left paying nothing otherwise I would have chosen other legal means. So in all I never asked for hundreds of euros or anything else but I just wanted everyone to take up his part of responsibility. This damage will cost me something more than fifty euros and I 'll be glad to send you all the proper documents. However I have to repeat that it is your intentions that disappointed me and I never saw a sincere and active way of help to this problem just disclaimer. Just to mention I would feel more than obliged if sth similar would happen to me as guest to help at the repairing process. Also in any other accommodation or hotel the bill would have already been charged at your total of your stay and I don't believe damages are only caused by bad intention or wrong use. You don't have to through a glass from your window to break. From the first time I ensured you that I am trying to help while you never did. All the excuses for proper receipt or leaving money at an unlocked house (my grandma lives just downstairs btw) are at least superficial since your intentions and disclaimers were obvious. I find it unacceptable as well to accuse for price changes. You stayed with less than half of the price of a high season day with same services. Moreover all property photos are representing its real condition as i have been said numerous of times nothing more or less. Kind regards Katerina

Katrina's mother and brother were wonderful upon our arrival helping us with our luggage and getting settled. Katrina was timely in her communications with us. The location is gray as it's right in the village so you can walk to any restaurants or shopping. The neighbours are lo…
