A brand-new "1 bed+1 bath+1 study" apartment, modern, spacious, and well-appointed, furnished with high-end appliances, furnitures, and hotel-grade sheets.
It is well served by public transport: 150 meters from tram & bus, 650 meters from metro station, 19 min to airport by car.
Conveniently located in the commercial heart of Moonee Ponds, it is only a short walk from groceries, shopping mall, restaurants & cafes & bars, banks, post office, pharmacies, and just about anything you will need.
My apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 study room, and a balcony. It is a very spacious 66.7 square meter apartment. The open floor plan makes it very bright and airy, and I have gone great lengths to design and furnish the space to make you feel at home.
*The big rooftop terrace is on a different floor, open to all residents of the building. But the apartment has a private balcony itself.
To ensure good rest and a safe stay:
1. There is one Queen size (153cm x 203cm) bed in the bedroom. If you need additional beds, there are 2 single-sized fold-up beds that you can put in the common area. The fold-up beds are of the highest quality.
2. The apartment is very quiet at night, and windows are insulated for sound
3. Blackout shades are installed on all windows.
4. The apartment building is equipped with advanced security systems and only residents are allowed access.

If you are first-time visitors who want to experience the authentic Melbourne: this is the neighbourhood to be in, as it is very local and it feels home instantly.
If you do not want the canned routine that everyone else copy from Lonely Planet. Explore the neighbourhood on foot, blend in, and discover the vibrant neighbourhood that has so much to offer.
If you are in Melbourne for business. My apartment is right between the airport and the CBD, so it is extremely convenient to access both. The independent study room will be handy if you need a quiet dedicated place to concentrate.
If you are in Melbourne for vacation, This neighbourhood straddles that vibe of inner-city and outer peace, giving you all the advantages without any of the hassle.
If you are visiting Melbourne for friends and family, or if you are relocating to Melbourne, then this is the neighbourhood to be in as it is well very convenient in terms of transportation and amenities.
If you are here for the race days, as we are only a 2-minute walk from the Moonee Valley Racecourse, and a 5-min drive from the Flemington Racecourse!
You will have the entire apartment to yourself, which includes:
High speed wifi throughout the apartment.
The TV is connected to Fetch TV, so you get 30 movies and a variety of TV channels just at your finger tip. (Note that there is no free-to-air channel)
A laundry room that has a brand-new high-end Fisher & Paykel washer, dryer and iron, all inside the apartment;
A fully-furnished gourmet kitchen, with brand-new high-end AEG oven and dishwasher, LG fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee makers (Italian Moka pots and French Press plunger), tea pot, and even a rice cooker!
And there are pots and pans, dishes and bowls, cups and glasses, silverware and utensils, basic condiments, etc., so your inner chef can shine!
1 designated secure undercover parking spot inside the building (Height clearance of the undercover garage: 2.15 meters); If you have more than 1 car, there are also guest parking in the garage (first-come first serve);
A rooftop terrace in the same building (on a different level, open to all residents of the building). Lounge back, or use the BBQ grill to sizzle some sausages as you enjoy the breathtaking view of the CBD and Melbourne Star.

This apartment building was completed in June 2017, and all appliances and furnitures were purchased brand-new in June 2017. So you will get the privilege of living in a sparkling brand-new modern apartment with state-of-the-art appliances and amenities!
I have another "3 bedroom+2 bath+1 study" listing in the same building, which can accommodate up to 7 people. Feel free to check out the reviews for the other listing to understand the location of both apartments and my hosting style as well.
Check-in is self check-in. I will put the key in a key safe outside for you to take. I will send you detailed instruction about how to get the keys as we approach your check-in date. Usually you can check in whenever you arrive after 4PM. So even if you arrive late at night, you can check in as usual.
If you arrive before 4PM and require early check-in: if there is no one staying the night before then I can try to arrange housekeeping so that you can check in early. But I cannot confirm until 1 day before your arrival date. Alternatively, I can let you drop off your luggages when the housekeeper is cleaning the apartment for you, so that you can make the most out of your time here.
Check-out is by 10AM. Just like check-in, you can complete the checkout process on your own, so you can check out whenever you are ready. If there is no guest coming on the same date, late check-out up to 12PM is possible. But again, I cannot confirm until the day before your check-out date.
If you desire early check-in (before 4PM) and late check-out (after 10AM), you have to communicate beforehand and they have to be pre-approved. Otherwise, the default check-in is anytime after 4PM, and the default check-out time is before 10AM. If the above arrangement are unacceptable to you, please refrain from booking.
When you book, please let me know of your approximate arrival time & check-in time as soon as you are certain about your plan, so that I can make arrangement accordingly.

- No smoking, excessive drinking, drug, or any illegal activity
- Keep the space clean during your stay
- Keep the apartment clean during your stay
- When check-out, leave the apartment tidy as you found it upon check-in
- Please notify me in advance - even very last minute - if you have to change the number of guests. If there is room, I will be happy to adjust the booking through the normal provided channels on the website. But if you arrive with unregistered guests I will very regretfully turn you away with no refund in accordance with Airbnb protocol.
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
