Embellished with state of the art design, my home will take your breath away. Nestled in the exclusive Docklands precinct, my oversized apartment has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living and dining, and could not be in a better position in the heart of Melbourne with free parking and direct access to the CBD.

The space

A pure statement in contemporary space and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat that is situated in the heart of Melbourne’s exclusive Docklands precinct - home to the city’s first class restaurants, concert venues, sporting stadiums and nightlife scenes. With access to a business lounge, communal barbeque and resident's lounge, this is the perfect property for your stay in Melbourne.

With dazzling light streaming through into the living space and open plan kitchen-dining areas from the Yarra River below, prepare to enjoy your afternoons whether inside on the couch admiring the city views or enjoying a few quiet drinks with friends on the balcony as the sun goes down. The views from up here are simply amazing as you look out over the beautiful Melbourne CBD in all its glory.

Upon entry into my apartment, you’ll find a generously-sized designer kitchen with European finishes and premium functionality. With stainless appliances, as well as a brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for guests who want to cook up a delicious meal. Here’s to some friendly Masterchef competition!

Beyond the kitchen, you can enjoy sweeping city views of the Yarra River precinct and the CBD from a generous Scandinavian inspired dining table setting for up to six guests comfortably, complete with all crockery. When the morning sun glints through the double glazed glass doors, I always enjoy starting the morning around this table. The dining table also serves as a functional office space when working.

My chic lounge room includes a huge flat screen TV and plush linen sofa - perfect for kicking back after a full day of exploring. Opening up from the living room is a covered entertainer’s balcony that puts you directly in view of the Melbourne CBD, and is fabulous for a few drinks when heading out to enjoy the night.

Heading into the bedrooms, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows in all three rooms on the queen size beds. The bedrooms feature large sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, providing plenty of storage for travellers and their suitcases.
My home comes complete with two ultra-modern showers.

With a stylish design and a walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rainfall showerhead, the main bedroom ensuite bathroom will service all your needs. The double sink bathroom, services all guests, and also features a huge bathtub that will keep you feeling relaxed throughout your stay.
The adjoining laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron so you can be looking your best whilst in Melbourne! For both bathrooms, I provide guests with quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.

Interaction with guests

In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.

- This listing has a very strict no party policy and only the guests who are staying at the house, are allowed to be on the premises. There are neighbours and therefore want to minimise excessive noise. Your help in keeping noise low, is much appreciated. Adjoining neighbours will complain to the police, council rangers will come and this could lead to an eviction of the property. This can all happen really quickly - so best use the house as a base to explore Docklands & Melbourne.

Great experience staying at Vic's place - sunlit, spacious modern 3br apartment and located in the Docklands with amazing views of the water and Melbourne. Kitchen fully equipped. Supermarket and grocery store within a few minutes walk. Thanks Vic and will definitely be back!

Vic's place was very clean and comfortable. The views were great especially at night. It was close to the tram stop which we found on day 2 and was in the free tram zone.

We love communicating with Vic, from the time we made the booking to checking in and out, he was prompt, responsive and helpful! The apartment is beautiful and it is exactly what you see in the picture. It is very well-furnished, clean and with a view to die for over-looking the harbour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Beautiful and spotless apartment with an amazing view of the pier. Very well-maintained, making it look extremely posh. There is a Woolworths nearby, along with a handful of small eateries and restaurants. This area is very serene, letting you relax well after a long day. CBD and Southbank are short drives away, if you wish to visit those places.

My family had a terrific stay at Vic's apartment. His apartment is really beautiful, clean and has an amazing view! It is really near the free tram (probably 2 mins walk) so it's really accessible to head down to the CBD whenever. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay at his apartment when I go back to Melbourne!
