Dev's house is very cosy and quiet. Nice surrounding and very close to the Main Street of Beacon. And she's very welcoming Very good plan for a getaway from the hectic Manhattan

Dev was a perfect host. Her house was very clean and comfortable and she was pleasant and easy to deal with. She also gave us a nice breakfast, as well as tea for the road.

My boyfriend and I wanted a nice weekend away from the crazy city life, so we chose to stay at Dev's. Her friendliness and accommodation is truly 5 star worthy. She gave us recommendations on what to do in the city, and we had multiple nice conversations with throughout our stay. The house is plenty spacious, walk able to Main Street and all the unique shops Beacon has to offer, spotless, and peaceful. When we arrived to our room, it looked great. There were even towels already nicely folded and laid out for us on the table. Also, each morning there was already coffee in the pot ready for us to brew, a large selection to choose from for breakfast, and Dev's carrot cake is really amazing. My boyfriend couldn't get enough of it. The back porch was also a great plus to be able to enjoy our breakfast in the mornings. Finally, our check out process was seemless. We will definitely be back to stay when we visit Beacon again.

Devastating home in Beacon is really beautiful, peaceful place to spend a weekend. The room is good for a couple, tastefully decorated, clean, and there are even toiletries if you didn't pack something. Dev makes you feel at home. It's a short walk from the Beacon train station and Main Street yet you feel world's away. Great spot for a getaway from Manhattan. Now that there's Uber and Lyft Upstate, it made a good base for exploring Storm King Art Center and Dia: Beacon.

I stayed in Dev's first floor bedroom. I arrived a little late (~8:30PM), but Dev was very accommodating. She even let me borrow her bike to get a late bite in town, suggesting a few nice places herself. Dev is very laid back, interesting, nice lady. She has some good tips for eating in town and her dog, Russ, is very cute! I would definitely stay here again for a night, or maybe for a weekend. I was alone, but I'm sure it would be fine for a couple. My only regret is not being able to have a longer conversation with Dev -- she seems very cool. Dev providea ample breakfast (carrot cake was yum!) and she really is flexible and responsive. Recommended for your stay in Beacon.

I needed a little break from my own Airbnb and wanted to go to the DIA and explore Beacon, NY. Dev's home looked just perfect for my mini vacation. It's on a very quiet tree lined street and the house is very artistic, stylish and comfortable. She has lots of interesting art through out the house and a back patio in a huge yard. When I arrived she offered very delicious libations and we compared note on being a host and life in general on the back patio. The room was very spacious with lots of fun touches, a very comfortable bed and air conditioning which was such a relief after a muggy day. Dev is a great host and I truly appreciated all the attention to detail.

I am one of the Beacon artists. I have a fashion accessories and jewelry shop at 160 Main St., where I am Thursday to Sunday. Lately I have been renovating a 100 year old house with fabulous Hudson River views- coming soon!
