The gas log fire provides instant heat and great atmosphere. The wrap around verandah is a relaxing place to enjoy the garden setting.
For entertainment there is a large screen UHD TV with NETFLIX, DVD player, and a range of DVDs, books, and board games. WiFi is included.
We provide tea, pod coffee, other basic refreshments and breakfast staples so that you won't need to get to the shops when you first arrive.

The cottage is completely separate from the main house.
Guests have access to the whole cottage and the garden. There is a separate driveway entrance and off street parking. If you're a golfer, we can provide secure storage for your clubs or cart.
Guests may access other facilities such as BBQ, fire pit, hammock, patio heaters, bocce etc, upon request.
Interaction with guests
We will always respect our guests' privacy. We do however love to meet new people and we are happy to have as much interaction, or as little as you like.
We have extensive information and knowledge of the local area. Paul was born and bred in the Blue Mountains and he's happy to recommend bush walks, activities, cafes, restaurants and even the best kept secret places.
Other things to note
Whilst the cottage is private, you may see Paul doing the gardening or general maintenance.
- Our cottage is in a very quiet location and it is important to us that the amenity of our neigbours be respected. Absolutely no smoking indoors please.
Paul is a recently retired Urban Planner and Helen is a Training and Development Officer. We have two young adult sons (who have fled the nest). Paul enjoys swimming, keeping fit, renovating and landscaping while Helen is heavily involved in local volunteer work. We both enjoy playing golf (when we can), music and outdoor activities. Having travelled extensively and hosted international exchange students, we love meeting people from Australia and around the world.
