About this listing
In the splendid setting of the gulf of paradise, nestled between the bushes of the Mediterranean scrub, stands the 'Frantoio', an ancient farmhouse built in the heart of an olive grove west of the promontory of Portofino in Megli (between Recco and Sori). It is accessed by a gate to the wonderful garden, where between the flowers and fruit trees the look is lost on the sea.
In addition to the article of the famous AD magazine (which can be viewed internally) that describes it in detail, to guarantee the uniqueness of the residence we have the quiet that this place emanates; Where only the singing of a bird and the rustling of a lizard between sea and land can disturb your peace.
Walking through the arbor and the barbecue you reach the front door.
On the side of the entrance, to witness the rural character and charm of the mansion, we have the real 'Frantoio' with a fine dining room on a grinder, dining table, sofa and tv station; On the other side, the kitchen with utilities and laundry.
Near the entrance door, a stairway leads us to the first floor, in a finely furnished hallway where harmoniously sign objects of rare refinement; On the east side we have the study, while on the other wing, the master bedroom also has a wonderful sea view.
The floor has a bathroom with shower and another sitting / study room with a sofa bed (one and a half square).
