ABOUT THE HOT WATER: We have a switch for hot water. It needs to be on for 20-30 minutes to produce hot water. It should produce hot water for the whole day. Please do not leave switch on all day as it consumes vast amounts of electricity. If you need to turn on again turn it back on when necessary. Also for AC please make sure they are switched off when you leave the apartment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you are LEAVING early in the morning please note that the entryway door to building may be locked for security reasons. If you have left keys in apartment and go downstairs you may not be able to exit building. SO UNLOCK DOWNSTAIRS ENTRYWAY DOOR FIRST AND THEN RETURN TO APT AND LEAVE KEYS ON THE TABLE.
