Our home is located close to great transport links, restaurants and tourist attractions, including the Imperial War Museum, The London Eye & Borough Market. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining and living room and another kitchen and seating area in the basement which leads onto the garden. Tennis courts and an outdoor gym are just a 2 minute walk away. This house is the perfect place for a family looking for a spacious place to stay in the hub of Central London.

The space

Our family home is located on a quiet residential street, just a stone’s throw from the hub of Elephant and Castle. As you approach the house you are led up the steps to the private front door. On this floor there is the formal living room, main kitchen and dining area. In the basement there is a bedroom with a shower and basin, separate toilet, another kitchen and living area. From here you can gain access into the well manicured garden which also has an outside dining area. On the first floor sits the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and then on the top floor there is the second bedroom and another bathroom. Our home also comes with private gated off road parking.
This is our home and as such you will find many of our personal items here - we ask that you treat our home with the respect that you would treat your own place!


The sleek kitchen on the ground floor is fitted with modern appliances and is equipped with a range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, plates and glasses.
The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. This area is lovely and light area due to the large windows which look out onto the private garden. Opposite the main units of the kitchen there is also breakfast bar with two stools.
In the basement there is another kitchen which is a great place to cook if you are planning on eating al fresco in the garden. Down here there is a fold out dining table if you happen to be entertaining lots of people and need the extra table space.


On the ground floor there is a lovely and relaxing living area. There is a large sofa and comfortable upholstered chair. The fire place in this room is a fantastic feature which gives the room plenty of character. In the basement there is another less formal seating area with a large smart TV and sofa, which can also turn into a king size sofa bed if you should need it.


The master bedroom has a sumptuous king size bed, from the windows you get a beautiful view of West Square Gardens which makes it hard to believe you are in the heart of Central London.
The second bedroom on the first floor is very spacious and has a comfortable double bed. There is also an antique desk in here which is a great place to sit if you need to do a bit of work. In the basement there is another bedroom with and super king size bed. The unique feature of this room is that there is a shower and basin in here. All of the bedrooms have televisions and the beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. I will also make sure to clear some space in the wardrobes where possible.


In the basement there is a walk in shower and basin in the bedroom and a separate WC. On the first floor, the en-suite to the second bedroom, has a luxurious roll top bath with brass fittings and a walk in shower with waterfall shower head, toilet and basin.
On the top floor next to the master bedroom, there is a spacious bathroom with a large bath, basin and toilet. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.

Guest access

Guests have complete access to the house. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

Interaction with guests

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

Also, if you stay across a weekend (and we would love to have you) our gardener will come to tend to the plants but won't access the property, just the garden.

This house is really good. The bedrooms are large and the location is very convenient. The bus stop and subway station are in walking distance.

Everything about our stay in the flat was lovely. It is well located, and for a group who enjoys walking, just a short walk to a lot of great tourist attractions such as London Bridge, and Big Ben. The flat itself is located in a quiet neighborhood next to a lovely park though so it it quiet and secluded while still being close to attractions. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the showers have great water pressure, the garden is really nice to sit in the morning if you get a rare dry, sunny morning, and the hosts were very responsive via email when we had questions. Would definitely rent again, and recommend to others as well.

Beautiful home, close location, nice space. Zero support from property mgt with problems ( it's understandably an older home so we didn't have a problem with having some issues but expected customer support of which we received none). Otherwise a wonderful place.

Caroline's place is absolutely beautiful. If you want to experience staying in a tastefully decorated London town house, then this is the place. Our family of six (4 children aged between 10 and 17) felt so comfortable there that we mostly opted to have our dinners there rather than eating out in London after a long day of exploring the city. There is even a small enclosed garden where you can have your coffee (tea) on sunny days. Each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and/or shower, so it would also be suitable for three couples vacationing together. The nearest tube is about a 10 minute walk, but there are also buses nearby. If you arrive by car, then you can safely leave it in the enclosed private parking area behind the house. I can happily recommend this house to anyone who needs a little extra space while staying in London.
