Accommodations: The Beach Club at Siesta Key offers studio, one- or two-bedroom units, just steps from the beautiful beaches. Relax by the heated community pool or stroll through nearby Siesta Key Village, where cuisine and entertainment take on an island flair.
Unit #204C Features: 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe unit in building C with a shared patio area. Deluxe units have a larger living space divided by a separation wall with flat screen TVs on both sides.

Beach Access: The Beach Club at Siesta Key offers convenient beach access to the world-famous Siesta Key sand just across the street from our property. Access is steps away thru a shared community gate; the code to the gate is provided upon arrival. A strip of beach is designated for our guests private use; along with our complimentary beach umbrellas (available outside the office on a first-come, first-served basis). For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

Dining: Although The Beach Club at Siesta Key does not have an on-site restaurant, it is centrally located within a short drive or bike ride from local salt-water cuisine. Siesta Key restaurants include Daiquiri Deck (2.95 miles), Siesta Key Oyster Bar (2.95 miles), Broken Egg Restaurant (3.12 miles), Lobster Pot (3.07 miles), or Javier’s Restaurant and Wine Bar (0.14 miles).
Attractions: Siesta Key is known for its crystal beaches and leisure island relaxing. As a barrier island to the town known as the area's cultural capital, an assortment of entertainment options can be found at nearby Sarasota where attractions and activities abound for all age groups.
There are no golf courses located on Siesta Key, however nearby Sarasota and Bradenton areas offer top-rated golf courses a short drive off the island.
St. Armand’s Circle of Lido Key is a must-see in the area. Located just 10 miles from The Beach Club at Siesta Key, this European-inspired outdoor shopping arena includes a large selection of classy stores, restaurants, jewelry galleries, and more! Rumor has it that circus magnate John Ringling won Lido Key in a poker game and turned the sister island to Siesta Key into a world-famous attraction.

SUBSTITUTION OF ACCOMMODATIONS: In certain circumstances beyond our control, (i.e. fire, hurricane, sale of unit, etc.) your confirmed property may become unavailable. RVA, Resort Vacations, reserves the right to substitute your accommodations. We cannot guarantee the confirmed rate in these instances. Although we will do everything possible to create a pleasant vacation experience, neither RVA, Resort Vacations, nor the Owner(s) are liable for damages or inconvenience in this rare and unusual situation.
CONDITIONS OF PREMISES: You hereby acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any refund for any inoperative appliances, to include by way of example only, television, air conditioner, hot tub, or pool. The Agent agrees that upon notification by you of any malfunction RVA, Resort Vacations, shall have 24 hours to make every reasonable effort to have such appliance or item promptly repaired in accordance with the property Owner(s) direction, or move you to a unit of equal value with an operative appliance.
TELEPHONE USAGE: Local service is provided at no charge. Any long distance calls inadvertently billed to the Owner(s) calling account will be charged to your credit card.
INTERNET SERVICE (if applicable): In no way shall RVA, Resort Vacations, be held responsible for Internet maintenance or delay in service, which is the responsibility of the service provider of each individual unit. RVA, Resort Vacations, has no control or authority to guarantee connection for a specific time period, nor should be held responsible for interrupted service. Additionally, Guest shall not be eligible for any monetary reimbursement from RVA, Resort Vacations, as a result of any interruption in service or equipment failure.
FURNISHINGS: While this residence conforms to the minimum furnishing requirements of RVA, Resort Vacations, all residence are owned, decorated, and furnished by the individual Owner. Neither RVA nor the Owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings or equipment not available and not presently existing in the unit at the time the reservation is made. All other items shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest.
POOLS: Any pool located at an individual home that has heating facilities will have a daily charge for heating the pool (if requested). This charge will be billed to your credit card at departure. If the pool heater or pool equipment malfunctions, or if the weather is not conducive to outdoor swimming, you must call the office to report the issue and/or ask for the pool heat to be turned off. Failure to do this, and obtain a work order number as proof of the request, will result in full charges for each day. In addition, each individual Owner employs a pool cleaning service. Cleaning days and times vary by property, and are not the responsibility of RVA, Resort Vacations. Association or community pools heating (if applicable) are not the responsibility of the Guest, or RVA, Resort Vacations.
ASSOCIATION RULES: If applicable, this agreement is subject to the approval, rules and regulations of the subject properties Association, of which the Owner is a member. Guest agrees to all Association rules and regulations, and to pay fees applicable for approval. If Association does not accept or approve Guest, this agreement shall be canceled, and all rental monies shall be refunded. Individual Associations maintain their own rules governing the applicable Association fees, refunds and applications. Application denials, as well as changes to Association fees or refunds, are beyond the control of RVA, Resort Vacations.
KEYS: All keys, access cards, key fobs, and garage or gate openers that have been provided to the Guest must be returned to the check-in office upon departure. If Guest fails to return these items, a $25.00 retrieval fee will be charged to your credit card. Replacement costs will be charged to your credit card for any lost garage or gate openers, key fobs or access cards. Individual replacement costs vary by property.
VALUABLES: Management or Owner is not responsible for the loss of valuables. PETS: Sorry, no pets allowed unless an addendum is attached hereto. Any breech of this policy will result in termination of this agreement including possible eviction from the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Guest agrees to keep the maximum number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowable. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement including possible eviction from the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.
RESIDENCE ENTRY: RVA, Resort Vacations, or its assigns, may enter residence during regular business hours for the normal management of residence. With a 24-hour notice to the guest, RVA or its assigns may also enter the residence to show a property listed for sale. In case of an emergency, RVA may enter the residence at any time.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The individual making the reservation with RVA, Resort Vacations, must be 25 years of age or older; and said individual is required to occupy the rental property throughout the duration of the reserved dates. Individuals under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
INDEMNIFICATION: RVA, Resort Vacations, shall not be liable to Guest or to any other party for any damages to property or for the injury to persons upon the premises from any cause whatsoever, including defects in the premises or otherwise. Guest shall indemnify and hold harmless RVA, Resort Vacations, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, fees, loss of use and actions of any and any kind arising out of Guest(s) use and occupancy of the premises.
WAIVER OF TERMS: No waiver or any breach of any of the terms of this agreement shall be permitted.
GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed and enforced according to the laws of the state of Florida. The prevailing party in any lawsuit to enforce any provisions of this agreement shall be entitled to an award of attorney(s) fees, costs and expenses for mediation, arbitration and trial or appellate proceedings.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties. It may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing signed by the party against who enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought. Guest cannot assign or transfer this agreement.
ONLINE BOOKING & INFORMATION: The information provided online, although deemed accurate, is not guaranteed and may be subject to errors, omissions, change of price, or withdrawal without notice. Online booking will not be considered confirmed until all required document (where applicable) are signed and returned to the assigned RVA, Resort Vacations Office.
