The proximity to SUU, USF, SimonFest, restaurants, shopping, and groceries is great; all within walking distance. Plenty of towels and linens plus the kitchen is well equipped. WiFi works great and there is a shady front yard. The house faces a relatively busy street (UT 56). None of the windows open so it can become stuffy inside. There is an occupied basement apartment that is not included in the property description. If the windows were operable and screened, we would definitely return to Joan's place.

The house is in a good location. Close to SUU and to Main St. The wifi worked very well and the amenities were great. Joan and Eric communicated well with me prior to my arrival.

The house is tiny, comfortable, welcoming, and well furbished. The decorations have a very nice feel to them. The A/C worked very well and made our stay very relaxing. The kitchen was very cute and well equipped. The bathroom was compact with a nice shower. The bedrooms were set up very well and cozy. The communication with Eric was very convenient.

Joan offers a great place to stay. The home is well equipped and has all necessities. If the doorlock does not work at the first try, slightly pull the door towards you. Overall, i can really recommend this Airbnb.

Small, well furnished house with two nice bedrooms and good living space. Walking distance from the University, the Shakespeare Festival, and the shops downtown. Short drive to the highway -- not a bad drive to Zion and Bryce National Parks, the Dixie National Forest, the Parowan petroglyphs.
