2 Bedroom Plus Loft, 2.5 Bathroom condo One Block from Canyon Lodge and on the "ski-out" Mammoth Mountain Ski Back Trail. Next to Manager unit with pool and grills (summer) and indoor jacuzzi, sauna, billiards and common area as well as laundry area (year round).
Unit is one of only 2 on the top floor, with loft and vaulted ceilings. This makes for quiet and a beautiful condo. Please note there are no elevators and this unit is on the 4th floor (garages are 1st floor). One Covered Parking Space adjacent stairwell in garage and one space outdoors allowed.
The complex is on Mammoth Slopes Drive, which is difficult to drive during snow emergencies but there is a flight of stairs from Canyon Blvd. up to the complex level, and additional parking is available on Canyon Blvd. if you are not able to drive up to the unit during or immediately after snowfall. The hill is south facing so it melts out quickly once the sun comes out.
Master Bedroom: 1 King, dresser, side tables, flat screen with DVD and Roku and soft lamp lighting. Closet Space. Large window for light.
Master Bathroom: Large vanity. Shower has tub. PRIVATE NOT ATTACHED TO LIVING ROOM.
Living Area: SOFA BED (QUEEN), propane fireplace on thermostat and large Flat Screen TV with cable.
Decent for daytime sunlight.
Has Outdoor balcony.
Updated Kitchen with BAR SEATING and 8 person, high chair Dining Area Table.
Nice area rugs in living room and new laminate floors throughout unit.
Ski Closet by front door.
Access to the private unit via electronic door code sent to you when unit is ready on day of arrival.

This is a whole condo rental. You will not have to share the unit with anyone outside of your party.

Other things to note
Stayover Cleaning is available for a fee. If you want optional, daily housekeeping, or housekeeping any time during an extended stay at a discounted rate from the standard cleaning charge please inquire prior to 4 p.m. on the day prior to the requested, optional cleaning day. They will not change the sheets but they will make the beds, clean the unit, and provide fresh towels and common area supplies (excluding personal toiletries - not included).
PARKING: You are allowed one covered parking space in the garage. For additional overnight parking, contact the manager.
PETS: This is a pet friendly unit, and ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE MANAGER at the time of booking. The town of Mammoth Lakes, and some of the surrounding parks and wilderness areas within the area have strict leash laws. Pets must be on a leash at all times.
