Our one bedroom apartment is perfect for business trips and city breaks. It is conveniently located in Dublin’s tech capital and close to all amenities, like our public transport systems, the main tourist attractions and Grafton Street, an iconic shopping street.

The space

My home is located on the ground floor in an enclosed apartment complex. What makes this property unique is that you enter the complex through a beautiful glass-domed atrium. The one bedroom apartment captures a huge amount of light from the large windows and the high ceilings.

I spend most of time in the open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area. The simple area is great to unwind in with its soft furnishings and natural lighting that illuminates the room. The master bedroom has a comfy super king bed and a spacious wardrobe, with plenty of storage for all your belongings.

With an easy 10 minute walk into the heart of Dublin, you can explore the city at ease and not be too far away from home.

We had in general a nice stay, the location is great, easy to get to the center and also a nice neighbourhood by itself. We just had 2 issues .. the heating in the bedroom did not work and we never got enough Hot water for 2 showers in the morning .. :-/ other than that it was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and has a nice kitchen.

Mary's Place is spacious, comfortable and convenient. My husband and I stayed three nights and hoped to stay two more, but our plans changed and we had to head home sooner than expected. Mary is careful about details and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. She provides a comfortable king size bed, plenty of closet space, ample bathroom and generous living room. The kitchen features include a hot water pot, microwave, fridge, stove, and clothes washer/dryer. And it is a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area. And, of course, wifi. We highly recommend it.

Clean, cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Exactly what I needed when visiting the city for work. It's also in a great location, within walking distance to nearly anything you could want in the city. I highly recommend!

Street facing apartment gives you some city noise, careful if you have little kids. The location is what you are paying for with this apartment, we loved the location!!!! What you see in the pics is what you get, it is a small flat with minimal amenities compared to other places we have stayed in Dublin.

Mary is a super nice host. She makes sure the communication is always up to date. Also, the checkin/checkout process is very smooth, which is highly appreciable for any Airbnb user. Her apartment is well located, as super close to the very nice Grand Canal square. The city center, meanign Temple Bar-ish, is only 15/20-min walking away. As the ceilings are quite high, the place is hard to warm up, so it's not advised for chilly people. However, do chilly people come to Dublin? Would recommend this Airbnb home :)
