Firstly because she did not take into consideration, that there were a 'No family amenities' on my Airbnb profile. She contacted me via different social media and promised, that their infant is very quiet and asks me to make an exception because they really wanted the reservation. Secondly, the bed linen was brand new, also I called her during they stay to bring fresh and clean towels, along with cake for them(since it was my B-day I thought they would appreciate it ) Thirdly the water shortage was fixed the next day, as I informed them it will be shortly after it happened. They wanted to go to a hotel, so I decided to refund the money for the remaining days. Until the transfer was about to be processed and completed, she decided to give me several phone calls saying that she wants the money the next hour in cash, if not her husband will start breaking and DESTROYING my apartment if I don't give them what they want. Hopefully, AIRBNB was prompt and very helpful in the hole situation, guiding me step by step from the beginning. In the end, the money was refunded legally and they left the apartment, leaving behind filth, chaos, and a huge mess, not to mention the noise complaints.
