My brother and I recently stayed at Ambra and Guido's apartment Villa Mini in Bologna. We were on a roadtrip through Italy so we arrived late. This was not a problem at all. Ambra and Guido waited for us to arrive, right in front of the villa. This was by far the most amazing stay that we had in Italy. Ambra and Guido were such incredible hosts. We had water, different types of milk and sparkling wine waiting for us in the fridge. There were snacks as well. Just amazing. The place looks better than in photos. It is close to train tracks, but I only heard the trains that passed at night while we were still awake. If you are a really light sleeper this may bother you, but I don't think that they pass during the night (if they do I couldn't hear them) and they restart early in the morning. There is also a private, gated parking in front of the villa. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. And we will be back if we visit Bologna in the future. Thank you Ambra and Guido! It was truly a pleasure.

Very beautiful apartment!! We walked to train station with no . We took the train easily to downtown Bologna (bologna central) as well as took the train to Firenze. The apartment has all the necessary accommodations. Hope to come back.

Ambra and Guido are great hosts - friendly, helpful and available. Their place is clean and comfortable and has everything that you might need for your stay. They kindly provided breakfast and extra goodies. There is parking available, and it is about a 10-minute walk to Corticella station, where, as well as the train, there is a regular bus to the centre of Bologna. Recommended!
