Bright room with queen size bed in amazing renovated, large 2BR apartment in safe location at the corner of Central Park (includes WIFI). Large living room (w/large HDTV), bath tub, fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Very close to transportation, walk to museums, restaurants, shops, Jazz. Let it be memorable!
The apartment is very clean, comfortable. The rooms are spacious with windows all around. The people in the building are quiet, friendly and helpful (as am I). The guest room has a very comfortable queen size bed with pillows and bedding. Yes, comfort is atop my list. You will also have access to filtered water in the refrigerator.
Check in and check out are preferred during daytime hours, at which time you'll be meeting with me personally (however, night time check in may be an exception if discussed in advance and possible). Accessible shared areas are the Living Room, Kitchen & Bath (except for the private bedrooms, one of which will be all yours). All appliances, dishes, utensils and cookware is available for your use. Any additional instructions may be given at check in time.
Interaction with guests
I expect to be present during your stay, but may not be around all the time. However, I can be easily reached if need be. Again, I'm friendly, so I'm sure we'll have some interesting conversations about your adventures.
Other things to note
Being respectful of shared space is greatly appreciated! (See house rules.) Note: There will be plenty of toilet paper/paper towels, and of course, fresh towels to welcome you when you arrive.
Sorry, no pets please. There is also no smoking in the apartment. I would like to keep all areas clean and free from food/dishes/garbage (no food in the bedroom please) -- the shared space should also be left clean. There's a place for everything and the apartment is fully equipped with cleaning products in case of spills. If treated like a home, you'll feel perfectly at home -- Kindly leave a positive review as it will be a positive experience!
I'm an English-born, mature professional with 25 years of life experience in the "fast lane". After all this time, I'm still discovering the treasures this metropolis holds. If you're new to this city and need some information or opinions about things to do, I'll do my best to be the human version of "time out" or "yelp". If you're more familiar than I, then perhaps you can give me some pointers! In short, the best ingredients for a lovely stay are an amazing city and the lovely people who inhabit it. We welcome you!
