We offer with our daughter a very pleasant T2 apartment of 32 m² classified ** located on the corniche in Banyuls, with a magnificent sea view on the front line, not overlooked, and overlooking cove and marine reserve. Covered balcony of 7m2 in addition to the living area, East exposure, ideal in strong sunshine. Room separate West exposure on the back of the building. Bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is on the 1st floor in a detached wing of the thalassotherapy residence with only 3 levels. Beach of the cove less than 15 minutes away by steep trail. Downtown and central beach 15 minutes' walk by pedestrian access, or by the quiet streets of the tops of Banyuls. Shuttle service provided throughout the year from the train station and the city center, with a stop in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Complete amenities: Laundry,Dishwasher,TNT,DVD,Mini Oven, Micro Waves, Inertial Heating, Ceramic hobs, etc. Wifi available with code communicated upon entry. A family member living in Banyuls ensures in all seasons, the handover of the keys, and the condition of the premises.
