If you like a peaceful and quiet place where you can hear the birds sing - do stay with us.
You'll enjoy a spacious, clean, airconditioned guestroom that opens up to a courtyard with various plants and trees and an almost always present relaxing breeze. Hidden away from the main road, you are sure to have a relaxing experience.

We also boast our super fast wifi which will allow you to work and be productive.

A common dining area with kitchenette is also available for use.

The space
Hi! Writing this on a sunny beautiful day of October 2024. It's been a while since we hosted, but we feel our quiet corner of the world could use some lovely guests like yourself.

To set expectations, you might say we're in the middle of nowhere. But you see - distance is relative, and the truth is, we are only about 200 meters away from the closest convenience store and tuktuk or public transportation terminal. We are not along the main road so that means a short walk going into the back roads would be required.

At night, it gets dark (surprise surprise) in the access road but sometimes, it's pretty well lit depending on how well the government maintains these. And when it rains, the surroundings get wet (surprise again!) - including the dirt road which turns magically into mud.

If you are not a fan of walking, I would recommend having a rental car or motorbike would give you the best experience. Happy to provide you with free parking inside our gated compound!

Our place if very family oriented and we have a little playschool inside. So stay away if you absolutely disdain children and their adorable little voices. There are however no weekend classes, if you want to stay but wish to avoid the little rascals.

During weekdays, they begin classes at 9am and are not really too disruptive as they have their own area. But if you want to have a go at singing "Wheels on the Bus" or "Baby Shark" you might get a free hug or two.

We currently do not serve food but you can have free use of our common dining area which has a sink, dishes, microwave, toaster, and unlimited water! Food delivery is also very efficient here - you can have Jollibee delivered in less than 30 mins.

The room - it's basic tbh. But we made sure the bed is super comfortable and the sheets are great. The bathroom is also A-OK with a toilet that flushes and a shower water heater that heats water! Bonus is the shower curtain, plus a bucket and the very important tabo.

Internet is great. Work remotely or doom scroll all you want.

Alas we are at the mercy of the electricity provider - power outages sometimes happen. But no worries we provide battery powered lights and fans.

Let's see, what else. Oh the beach! There's one nearby that we can't always recommend (depends on the tide and your mood how it appeals to you) It is about 1.5 kilometres away if you define that as walking distance.

We have the open-air common dining area slash reception area.

This has dining tables, a sink, microwave, oven toaster, water heater.

It also has lots of books for your reading pleasure.

Fans are also provided for your use.

Other things to note
It is recommended to use bug repellent, especially if you are the attractive kind! It is also recommended to stay indoors during dusk as this is when they are most active.

We have 3 rooms that are good for 2 persons each (kids age 8 and below can stay for free). Do send us a message if you require more than 1 room. Thank you.
