This unique contemporary mews house has the cosines of a country cottage whilst not compromising on the modern day necessities of a trip away.
Very close to George Street, 3 minute walk uphill (lots of lovely shops and restaurants), and the wonderful Stockbridge, 5 minute walk downhill. (independent boutiques and food shops, cafes and restaurants). The Edinburgh renowned Kays Bar - home to many wonderful local ales and beverages- can be found a short stumble from the house.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE RENT THE FLAT FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF AUGUST AS ONE BOOKING-no short lets in August. Please do get in touch if you wish to stay for the entire month for the festival.
Perfect flat for professionals during the festival, or a family with older children (stairs not particularly suitable for youngsters).
2 sets of bed linen will be provided for each bed, and 4 sets of towels (total)- there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. No mid occupancy cleaning- only post occupancy.

Guests will have access to the entire property. The entrance is used only by the property and comes straight from the street, as with all mews houses.
As much interaction as is desired- will usually be there for a ket hand over, or a member of the family. Will be available for questions, and on the end of a phone line for the entirety of your stay.
Taxis, Bus and Tram. 5-10 minute walk from both the central train station (Waverley) and bus station (St Andrews Square). 15 minute walk from Haymarket Train station.
Guests will have full access to the property from a main street door from Jamaica Street Lane.
