Villa Valmarana ai Nani is one of the most known Palladian villas, famous throughout the world for its Tiepolo frescoes (1757).
From a very attentive restoration of the historical apartments of our family we have created two high end suites, both furnished with 18th and 19th century furnitures, equipped with all the modern comforts.
It is an experience of extraordinary beauty, being accommodated in such an unique place, at the doors of the historical centre of Vicenza, surrounded by the green.

The space

The suite Achille is provided with all the modern comforts (wi-fi, Jacuzzi, modern kitchens, air-co). The Arclinea kitchens are new and very well equipped. An elevator brings the customers to the upper floor, where the suites are located. The guests can take profit of a private parking inside the Villa.
You will enjoy the peaceful landscape, the charme of extremely well maintained frescos of the main floor too!

Guest access

The guests have a private access to the suites, and to the garden of the Villa.
When the Villa is open to the public (10-6 PM) you must take the chance for a visit of the 13 rooms featuring Tiepolo frescoes and being seduced by the myths, legends, and history they communicate.

Interaction with guests

We live very close to the Villa and do therefore put a lot of care in the welcome. We assist our guests, showing around, explaining how the access works, how to reach the city centre, what's interesting to visit in the surroundings and perhaps we might be available on request for a guided visit of the frescoes!

Other things to note

Staying overnight in the Suite of Villa Valmarana ai Nani is not an experience of every day. You will never forget it.

We stayed in Palazzina di Villa Valmarana for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was a very special experience to sleep in historic rooms in a villa with so much history and outstanding artwork - the frescoes of the two Tiepolos. We had a very warm welcome on arrival and got a private show of the new video surround presentation of the villa. There are private parking spaces for those arriving by car. Everybody was extremely helpful. Our suite had a lot of charm with antique furniture and a beautiful modern bathroom and kitchen to contrast them. Everything was extremely clean and spacious. The villa lies just south of the elegant historic city of Vicenza and it only takes a 20 minute stroll with panoramic views to reach it by foot. We especially liked the enchanting atmosphere in the evening when the villa's visitors were gone and we looked upon the beautiful park and the green and quiet Valley of Silence surrounding the Villa Valmarana ai Nani. We highly recommend a stay here for those with an interest and a feeling for history.

This is a villa as one of the top attractions of the town. As Guilio said, you don't get such experience everyday. The Villa itself is well maintained. It is situated just outside the old town, in a great neighborhood. I enjoyed morning walks to the church on the top where I had a panoramic view of Vicenza. The suite we stayed was grand and immaculate. Both bathrooms have amazing shower/bath. The china collection is very interesting. Giulio is warm and kind in his welcoming and laid all the details patiently with us. Being the guests of the Villa, we had full access to see Tiepolo's breathtaking works and precious family collections. It costs more than most hotels and B&Bs, but you get much more, not only in space and luxury, but also a lifetime memory. If there is ever a good occasional indulgence, this should be on the list!
