Located 'between-the-commons' on the friendly and vibrant Northcote Rd, this flat is on the 1st & 2nd floor of a converted Victorian house.
On the 1st floor there is a large reception room with solid wood floors & west facing bay window, kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer & washing machine) & bathroom (bath w/shower, wc & basin).
Upstairs is a large master bedroom with kingsize bed & a second smaller room with a fold up mattress.
Please note, the entrance to the flat is on the 1st floor & the flat is split across 2 floors (bedrooms in the loft on the 2nd floor). There is no lift.

Other things to note
There are other flats in the building and we get on very well with our neighbours. We would like to keep it this way so please be respectful of them!
There is no TV or Wi-Fi, however if you do need to get connected there is public Wi-Fi access available (30 mins free or £5/day).
Please remove your shoes on entering the flat. There is a shoe rack outside the front door.
There is no smoking permitted in the whole building. Please leave the building completely if you wish to smoke.
Please leave the flat in the same condition as you found it!
Black bin bags and recycling bags will be provided to empty the bins upon departure. Please recycle as much as you can!
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
