It's at the third floor with lift, so it is very bright and silent, with a cozy living area with kitchen and a comfy bedroom with a balcony that enjoys a wonderful view. An ideal place for up to 4 people looking for a relaxing stay within easy reach on foot of any attractions in the center or by subway as just 300 meters away.

Very helpful host. We had a small problem with the shower when we got there. Carlo fixed it within the hour. Very effective and thoughtful host. Would recommand. Thank you Carlo. Apartment was nice and very well located.

***AVOID****the host is rude did not respond to messages when we arrived. Luckily a local lady who lived in the apartment block let us to the main area and called Carlo. We were greeted by a very rude women and were then bombarded with messages from Carlo saying “are you angry” “…

Dear Georgia don't worry, as we even didn't meet each other I am more than happy to show in your place all the messages we sent each other, so everyone can have a proper idea of who is rude, who missed the check-in and didn't inform the other part that was waiting there, who informed who of missing towels (impossible as we always check before any guest arrivals). So here're our messages: | 16 ott 2018 | 2 days before the arrival - CARLO: When does your plane land? - GEORGIA: Thank you so much and our flight departs Bristol at 12.25 so I believe we get to Milan 3.30ish local time | 18 ott 2018 | expected arrival time 3.30ish - Carlo is waiting along the canal since 3.30 pm with no communications of delay -17:15- GEORGIA: Just landed and on way to apartment now - Carlo is waiting along the canal with no communications by Georgia since 17.15 -19.30- call by an unknown italian phone number, a gentle italian lady that informed me of the guest arrival, had a short communication with Georgia based on insults and aggressivity as she said that they were waiting there since a lot (from the Orio al Serio airport to the Navigli Area it takes 1.30h with no traffic) as well as they supposed that I should have been there waiting for them all the afternoon long. I tried unsuccessfully to quiet the discussion, so I informed Georgia that my co-host was coming there in my place as after 4 wasted hours waiting, I had other scheduled activities -19.40- GEORGIA: Hi Carlo, the lady who is showing us your apartment has not arrived? Please can you help -19.41- CARLO: Hi Georgia, my co-host is coming right now. I am sorry but I didn’t get any message since your last message 2h ago -19.42- GEORGIA: How long will she be? -19.46- CARLO: 3 minutes. I am sorry but I was waiting for you at 3.30 pm and didn’t get any information of your arrival | my co-host in the meanwhile has came and has been covered of insults by Georgia and friends | -19.49- CARLO: I was walking along the canal so I’d took 1 minute to welcome you -19.49- GEORGIA: I messaged you at 5.15 saying we are on way we have been trying to find you since -19.59- CARLO: Yes I texted you on airbnb as you can check, what do you mean for trying to find me? if you landed at 17.15 (not exactly 3.30ish local time), I would expect you being positive at least 1h later. But since that message I have no more information, so I don't know how could know that you were arrived -20.00- GEORGIA: You didn't reply to my message were we said local 3.30! Our fight was delayed out our our control -20.01- CARLO: I see, but didn’t know -20.10- CARLO: How long did you wait there? How did you try to contact me when arrived? I am really sorry if you expected to me being all day long waiting there, but I have no reception so is very important to keep each other in contact if any delay or problem. I hope you can understand and enjoy your stay anyway - No answers -21.05- CARLO: I apologize if you waited for the check-in, but as already explained since your message at the airport I didn't get any further message, even when you arrived. Wouldn't you mind to tell me what was your expected check-in process? Thank you. If you need anything I am always available. - No answers | 19 ott 2018 | the day after -12:58- GEORGIA: Where do we leave the keys tomorrow? -13:00- CARLO: On the table it's enough, just please text me when you're leaving thanks, is everything ok? -13:02- CARLO: Are you angry with me for yesterday? I am sorry again but I don't know how could I help you -13:03- CARLO: In my experience it's the first time I had this issue as guests usually contact me at the arrival -13:03- GEORGIA: How will we lock the door behind us? -13:04- CARLO: Just close a little the door the maid will be there soon after you -13:05- GEORGIA: Ok so we will leave the keys inside the apartment and I will let you know when we have left -13:05- CARLO: Yes thanks -13:05- GEORGIA: Fine | 19 ott 2018 | the checkout day -10:19- CARLO: Good morning as described on the listing the checkout time is at 11 am. Thanks - No answers | my co-host in the meanwhile has came to the apartment at 11 but had to wait as they didn’t answer at the door till 11.30, then they replied that they won’t leave the apartment soon, describing it as an injustice | -11:29- CARLO: I've already contacted airbnb, checkout time is at 11 am, please check on the listing, I need the apartment now, I am waiting new guests very very soon -12:20- GEORGIA and friends finally left the apartment screaming and insulting my co-host and the new guests waiting there outside. The most beautiful thing of this community is the reliability, about me many reviews can give you an idea of what the hospitality means for me, but what about you? I am really sorry that I cannot read anything about you and that you cannot reply with your evidences, assuming that you have any. Anyway all the best

Apartment has very good location only 3mins to subway and 30mins of walk to centre. Carlo is a great host, he replied quickly to our answers and willing to agree on earlier check in. We definitely recommend this place.

We had a nice time at Carlo’s apartment. He was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. The best thing was the location, it’s really close to the city-centre.
