In the center of Samara,two minutes walking distance from the beach.We're walking distance to grocery store,banks,local restaurants,bars and pharmacy.Our 2 villas offer apartments,lovely swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

The space

The apartment is for 2 or 4 people max. Bedroom with king size bed and a sofa in the living room, 1 bathroom, comfortable kitchen, a terrace to relax. Table and stools in the living room for breakfast and a table with 4 chairs on the terrace for lunch and dinner. Air conditioning and ceiling fan to ensure cool during the day and night. The apartment is very bright, lots of windows. Internet access available, TV, safe and private parking..and finally, the beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi for a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the evening.
If you are a couple and you need just one bedroom, you can ask for the larger apartment, but with the price of small!

1. El check-in es después de 12:00 y la hora de salida es a las 10.30am. Por favor pídanos con antelación para organizar el check-in temprano o mas tarde el check-out; vamos a hacer todo lo posible para atender su solicitud.
2. Pagos -. Les pedimos a los huespedes un depósito del 50% necesario para confirmar su reserva y la cancelación total del saldo a la hora de su llegada.
3. Se pide un deposito de seguridad a los invitados, para daños a la estructura o equipos que se encuentran en el apartamento, causados por los invitados. Ese deposito se devolvera a la salida, despues de una inspeccion
4. Aire acondicionado- Cuando los huespedes salen del apartamento o de la propriedad se le pide ( por respecto de el planeta y para reducir los altos gastos electrico) que apaguen aire acondicionado,si no seguiran las normas de la casa, el personal estara autorizado para apagar lo que los huespedes dejaran en funcionamiento.
5. Ocupación máxima-El número máximo de huéspedes de esta unidad se limita a 2-3-4-5-6 personas. Ningún huésped se permite a menos que figuren en el presente acuerdo. (Para invitar personas afuera de los huespedes que alquilan habitaciones en est(URL HIDDEN)propriedad se puede pedir un permiso que se concedera dependiendo de la temporada y el numero de huespedes ya presentes).
6. El servicio de limpieza - Servicio de limpieza diario se puede ofrecer por un cargo adicional de $ 3 por persona .
7. Responsabilidad -. Los dueños de casa - La corporación propietaria de la casa y el lega(URL HIDDEN) representantes de la empresa que posee la casa no son responsables de los accidentes, lesiones o enfermedades que puedan ocurrir en la propiedad. Tampoco son responsables de cualquier robo o daño de propiedad personal u objetos de valor. Si usted lleva un equipo costoso, nos recomendamos asegurar él. Se ha acordado que todos los huéspedes asumen el riesgo de cualquier daño que surja de su uso de los locales o de otros que invitan a utilizar la propieda.
8. Perdida de llaves- Se le cobrara la suma de $50 en caso que el huespedes pierda una copia de las llaves. 9. No esta permitido fumar dentro de los apartamentos,en caso de que usted no respete mantener el lugar libre de humo de tabaco se le cobrará una multa de $100 (no se permite el uso de ningun tipo de drogas en esta propriedad)
Casa La Chora

1. Check-in time is after 12am and check-out time is before 10.30am. Please ask u(URL HIDDEN) in advance to arrange for early check-in or late check-out; we will try our best t(URL HIDDEN) accommodate your request.
2. Payments - We ask to the guests a deposit of 50% required to confirm your reservation and total cancellation of the balance at the time of arrival.
3. A security deposit is requested to guests, for damage to the structure or equipments found in the apartment caused by the guests. This deposit is refunded at your departure, after an inspection.
4. Air conditioner- when guests leave the apartment or property is asked (by regarding the planet and to reduce high electric costs) to turn off air conditioning, if not follow the rules of the house, the staff will be authorized to shut down so guests leave running.
5. Maximum Occupancy- The maximum number of guests for this unit is limited to 2 -3-4 persons. No guests are allowed unless listed in this agreement. (To invite people outside guests who rent rooms at this property can you ask for permission to be granted depending on the season and number of guests already presents).
6. Maid service - Daily maid service can be provided for an additional fee, $3 per person.
7. Liability – The home owners – The corporation that owns the house and the legal representatives of the corporation that own the house are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may happen on the property. Nor are they responsible for any stolen or damaged personal property or valuables. If you carry expensive equipment, we recommend you insure it. It is agreed that all guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the property.
8. Loss of keys- Will be charged the sum of $ 50 in case the guests lose a set of keys.
9. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, if you do not respect keep the place free o(URL HIDDEN)snuff smoke you will be charged a $ 100 penalty (the use of any kind of drugs in this property is not allowed)

Stayed for a few nights with my girlfriend and we loved it. The place is in a great location, a quick walk to stores, restaurants and the beach! The bed was very comfortable and the place was nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Secured parking is a plus too!

Casa La Chora was perfect for us (a young couple with an 11 month old baby). It was exactly as described. The location was steps from the centre of town, but the suit was still very quiet, with the welcome exception of the howler monkeys in the trees nearby one morning. Everything in the town/at the beach was walking distance from the unit. The unit itself was roomy and clean, with high ceilings. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was in working condition. The property which has 4 units in 3 separate buildings has a gated driveway which gave us secure parking which was appreciated. The shared pool area was perfect for sitting out and enjoying some food & drinks while our baby went to sleep early. The laundry service was well priced and quick. The town itself was very laid back with a great beach (good for beginner surfing), a nice coffee shop (Roots Bakery has delicious pastries) and good restaurants. The host was very responsive and flexible with our arrival time.

Elena's place was located close to the beach and a short walk into town! (The Flying Taco and the restaurant across the street are not to be missed!) Elena was a great host and everyone was very kind.

This was a wonderful trip and we felt very well cared for by Agendi! Situated in the heart of everything, and yet secluded. A room had wonderful bedding and all the things that you need to make your stay comfortable. The best meal we had in our nine day trip to Costa Rica was across the street at Ma Ma GUI! I walked all around and I didn't see an accommodation as beautiful as this! Pura Vida!

A great group of apartments; accurately pictured, the property is bright and clean. The pool and hammock are just what any vacation needs! Air conditioning worked great in the bedroom when needed, and kitchen was handy. The location is on the main road, very close to everything, and with that expect the sound of neighbors and cars as well as birds and monkeys.
