If you want an apartment with pool and parking and also in the port of Mahon, this is the place. Its advantages: All its bars and restaurants, the most spectacular yachts and the most beautiful views of the port, its walks at sunset and the bustle of its night. Without its drawbacks: No noise, no parking problems, with a pool to remove the salt after the beach day... Do not wait any longer, come and see it.
One bedroom with double bed and attached bathroom. A living room (with kitchenette included) with sofa and a dining table. The bedroom has a door leading to a skylight, where is the washing machine and a sink. The living room has a balcony and two windows, which overlook both the pool and the parking area. The latter is assigned with places reserved for each owner. The entrance is by both the front of the building and the rear where the pool is. Although the apartment, on the first floor, does not face the front does have the advantages of greater tranquility and enjoy less exposure to the summer sun, which facilitates greater freshness in the evenings. On the other hand, down a few steps, we reach the promenade, with its shops and restaurants, its sailboats and recreational yachts. The morning walks or at dusk are very pleasant and they put in value to have a house in the port.
It has a shared pool for residents of the community. There is also an area for parking (marked with the number 14), a very valuable thing in an area where parking is a nightmare for residents.

Other things to note
This is the island of the "Jaleo"(Fuss, commotion, jumble), summer festivals celebrating, since Middle Ages, the different ranks that constituted the traditional society represented by "Senyors"(Lords), "Menestrals"(Craftsmen), "Pages"(Peasants) and "Capellás" (Chaplains). Gathering in a kind of festival between native horses that jump on two legs, while being cheered by locals as well as tourists. An experience you won´t forget. This is an island of traditions, unique cuisine, leather shoe industry as well as imaginative fashion jewelry. You can buy shoes at very competitive prices in the factories shops of Pretty Ballarinas or Mascaró, both international firms nowadays with their origin on the island. Our “ensaimadas” (Feather-light ensaïmades pastries filled with cabell d'àngel (pumpkin jam) and dusted with icing sugar) and our “sobrassada” (tangy cured sausage) are being tasted by almost everybody. Not to forget “Cocas” (bakery) and our own gin lemon called “Pomada” ... Feeling anxius about knowing more details? We will be pleased to tell you about it all personally.
Espero contribuir en la medida de mis posibilidades.-- A traveler, like many others who are also working with tourism. One day I decided to take the plunge and go around the world.
