Julianna & Lawrence's apartment is well-presented and spacious in an incredible location in Park Slope with a stunning rooftop that overlooks Brooklyn. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Julianna & Lawrence's place in Park Slope! The location is amazing - grocery store across the street, and loads of restaurants and cafes and little boutiques within a 5-block radius. The apartment itself was perfect for myself and my husband for our holiday-time visit - tidy, clean, plenty of space, comfy bed, everything you could want in the kitchen for cooking (though we were out the majority of the time). It is a true 5th floor walkup so keep that in mind if you have issues with lots of stairs but as former Brooklynites, we were used to it. I was in communication with Julianna who was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Overall a wonderful stay and would certainly stay again when we're in town again!

This was one of the best experiences I have had on AirBNB. Sometimes, it is clear that the place you are staying in is badly-maintained, rented solely for the purpose of AirBNB rental, engineered to check off the most amount of checkboxes on the amenities list, and nobody actually lives there. Julianna and Lawrence's place was an actual, bonafide, well-maintained Brooklyn apartment with great interior decoration, in a great location. Not only do the hosts clearly live there more or less full-time, but they also clearly love their place. I found it interesting to see the space-saving techniques they used to make life comfortable in their (still rather spacious) apartment. It also has an excellent home theater, if you're into that. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. I appreciated that they left me the raw materials to make myself breakfast. The apartment does have a cat. If you're allergic, this is not the place for you. If you own a cat, you know what cat ownership entails: beyond feeding it and giving it water, it may vomit on something and you may have to clean it up. That happened once. Apart from that, it was a fairly nice cat. Great price, great neighborhood, attentive hosts. I recommend it.

We are a couple with our lovely cat. Previously relocated from San Francisco, we have enjoyed having the apartment to relax and rewind from the city buzz, and recharge for all the adventures New York City has to offer! Our home is outfitted with many unique and homemade pieces that reflect our styles; we enjoy building things with our hands, and making efficient use of the world's resources and energy. We sincerely hope you find the nest to be as comfortable and rejuvenating as we have, and a great start to your visit in New York!
