The space
Beautiful, clean and fully furnished three-bedroom duplex available for rent near Commercial Drive and Trout Lake. One block away from Millenium & Expo Skytrain lines and 99 B-line bus, mere steps from grocery stores, shops, cafés, a movie theatre, and restaurants on a quiet tree-lined street. We are located in one of Vancouver’s most cultural and eclectic neighbourhoods, just minutes to downtown and a 15 minute drive to the beach. It is extremely easy to get around without a car while staying here.

The main floor is a bright, open concept living room that leads into a dining room and kitchen. There is a small restroom near the front door. The living room has a gas fireplace, a large screen television, AppleTV, plush sofas, and a stereo system – perfect for entertaining or a cozy evening in. The kitchen is well equipped with gourmet cooking supplies, dishwasher, microwave, a granite countertop, a gas oven and stove, an espresso maker, and plenty of cupboard space. You have the convenience of a washer and dryer tucked away discreetly in the closet for your use. There is hardwood floor in the living room and dining room, while the kitchen has tiles. There is backyard access off the dining area with a barbeque right on the back porch. The backyard has a lovely garden and seating areas.

A staircase off of the living room leads to the carpeted second floor. Three bedrooms on the top floor include one master bedroom with a queen sized bed and 4-piece en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed (amazing memory foam mattress), and another room with a twin daybed. Finally, there is another 4-piece bathroom on this floor.

This duplex is 9 years old and in perfect condition, with no history of plumbing, electrical or heating problems. It is heritage style with beautiful crown moulding and large windows. It has been extremely well maintained since it has been built, and it shows!
