Located close to the River Irwell the property is approx. 3 minutes walk from Deansgate, Harvey Nicholls and Selfridges and 5 minutes walk from Manchester Victoria station. Located over two levels the property has living and dining downstairs two double bedrooms upstairs and a large private terrace

Departure Process

• Check in is from 3pm to 6pm, Early check in
is not always possible

• A member of the Greengate Guest services
team will meet with you upon arrival and
provide keys to property

• We provide items such as fresh towels and
bed linen, our townhouses also come with an
Iron and Board, dishwasher and washing

• Secure car parking is available within our
development, please contact a member of
our guest service team for access details

• Greengate Guest Services are available from
the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
and from 9am to 3pm on Saturdays and Sunday’s. We
are contactable via AirBNB messenger

• Greengate reception team are on hand 24
hours a day within the development and
should be contacted in the event of an
emergency within the property however the
reception team are unable to deal with any
booking related enquiries.

Departure Process

• Guests are reminded that Greengate is a
residential area and excessive noise is not
permitted at all times, our development is a
quiet zone from the hours of 10pm to 7am


• Parties are strictly forbidden and we reserve
the right to ask our guests to leave should our
policy not be adhered to

• Please note that our Townhouses sadly do not come with hairdryers or microwaves due to electrical safety reasons.

• Guests must contact the Guest Services team
immediately should any damage occur or for
incidents such as loss of power, running water
or any escape of water failure to do so will
result in our guests being charged for any
repairs required or damage incurred as a
result of not notifying us

• We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards
incidents such as excessive noise, parties or
abuse towards Greengate staff or residents,
guest will be asked to leave the property
immediately should any of the above occur
during your stay and refunds will not be
provided at any point

• Guests are asked to ensure all items used
such as plates and cutlery, pans or crockery
are washed prior to check out, dishwasher
tablets are provided normally located under
the kitchen sink and washing up liquid is
provided with our properties

• Your WIFI name and password will be
provided upon check in and the router is
located within the kitchen cupboard

• Smoking is Strictly Prohibited within the
Townhouse, our guest services team conduct
a full check out report upon our guests
departure and if any quest is found to have
smoked within the property a charge of
£100.00 will apply for the freshening of all
fabrics and carpets

• Guests will be charged in full for any items
removed from the property including bed
linen, soft furnishings and kitchen items. A full
digital, pictured inventory has been taken of
the property and all contents by a 3rd party
inventory provider and will be used as
evidence should any items be removed from
the property.

• In the event of an escape of water the water
stop valve is located within the kitchen walk in

• Guest are asked to bring any rubbish bags to
the main reception desk where a member of
our team will dispose of this for you.

• Guests are also asked to place any items of
crockery into the dishwasher upon vacating
the property.

• Guests will be provided with 1 allocated parking
space within the Greengate secure underground
carpark and a permit will be issued for the duration
of your stay.

The accommodation is very well presented and modern, was excellent for our needs and a bonus that there were 2 showers which sped up getting ready for our group of 4! Easy walking distance to Victoria station and also main Arndale shopping area, would happily stay here again!
