This charming character property with beams & vaulted ceilings is tucked away just off Odiham High Street. It's centrally located with it's own parking making it a hidden gem. Within a few steps are a great selection of cafes, bars, shops & restaurants most with pavement tables for al fresco dining. The village has a strong sense of community and active with local events to join in. Surrounded by beautiful countryside this area is ideal for walking, cycling and exploring the canal paths.

The space
The apartment is on the first floor. It's open plan, spacious & bright & contemporary in design, comfortable and fully fitted out as your home from home . Totally self contained it's designed for you to unwind, relax & cook. Centally located in the village the entrance is tucked away off the high street. There is one large double bedroom with a 5ft bed and space for a desk working area if needed, TV and plenty of wadrobe hanging and drawer space. The bathroom has a full size bath with an over bath power shower.
The lounge, dining & kitchen area are all together - open plan offering sofa, two arm chairs, dining table for up to 6, breakfast bar with 2 stools and a fully equiped kitchen.
There is a small ground floor lobby with space for shoes and coat hanging before taking the stairs up to the apartment.
