We have decided to not rent out our trailer this summer, except for those already booked.

Enjoy your summer.

The space
Well laid out with an open plan. An very nice size bathroom including a roomy shower. Room for 2 adults and 4 children.

Guest access
Obviously, the trailer in its entirety, but may we also have a generator for rent - a flat fee of $25 including a full tank and one full tank. You must request this.

We have a 2 burner campsite stove, but you need to bring the propane (those green bottles from Canadian Tire 2 pack)

We have an outdoor BBQ - you need to provide propane.

For rainy weather or needed shade, we may have a 10x10 gazebo.

We even have a rainy day box for inside entertainment.

Other things to note
We offer a Queen-ish size master bed.

The couch also can serve as hide-a-bed, double 42" and
the table converts for 2 children or 1 adult (36")
See the pictures for more detail.

We will provide you with two (2) lbs full propane tanks. And we will help you to try to find the closest filling station if needed. (The cost of refilling will be at cost $33 as of March 1/18)

There will also be a starter kitchen pre-stock of paper plates, bowls for easy cleanup and some regular plates and dishes. Plastic and silverware cutlery as well as pots and fry pans for cooking.

Food is your responsibility.

We will provide bedding based on your needs as well as towels and even extra beach towels.

We recommend you book your site with full hook up. The Air conditioning, microwave, TV use normal "household" 110 electricity. If the site you book has full hook-up, then it should be trailer ready and not a parking issue.

The stereo does not need 110V and it also has outside speakers!

Do bring your favorite shower soaps and shampoos. We have soap for the bathroom sink.

And we will provide you with "trailer" toilet paper.

How this works:
YOU locate & BOOK your campsite (proof needed) and we will deliver our trailer to you. Anywhere distance from Hope to Vancouver (We even did Manning Park for one renter).

Please check with us what site you are thinking about as some campgrounds were not designed with trailers in mind.

In total and including the towing tongue we need 26 feet.

Tow fee varies on location.

Contact us to agree on towing costs based on distance. Cultus Lake towing charges at current gas prices are $90-100 (subject to change at the pump).

Make memories for your family!

I have lived all my adult years in the Fraser Valley. We have many areas to enjoy. Hopefully, our trailer will be able to help you make great memories. Five things about me: 1. I grew up in Victoria but I have lived in the Fraser Valley for 30+ years. 2. I have 3 adult children and one grandchild (for now) 3. I have always lived in BC - we have 10 Provinces and I have been in 9 out of the 10. 4. My personal travels have been in the USA - Disney Land, LA, Oregon and Nevada. I also had a trip to Barbados and this coming May I will travel to Mexico for a family wedding! 5. I don't play any instruments at a professional level (I was offered scholarships for playing the bass) but I can squeak, squat or get sounds out of most instruments - I taught beginner band for a few years and I had to be able to demonstrate! Those are my "top" but my absolute is - meeting people - and watching people ( not in a bad way) - I like to observe people as they interact with others - see the family customs and such - to see how love is shown in different ways. Five things that make where we live great: 1. You can drive from beautiful valley farms to mountains &/or the Pacific ocean all within a few hours of travelling. 2. With just a look around, you can find a mountain to help you know what direction you are travelling in. 3. The ever-present and visible Mount Baker, whether snow-capped or not, you are looking at a volcano - last big eruption was (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) It's one sister volcano, Mount St Helens, ruptured on Sunday, May 18, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) I remember I was eating breakfast when it did! 4. The Fraser Valley takes it names from the Fraser River which starts in the Rocky mountains, travels 1,375 km (875 miles) to the Pacific Ocean. 5. One area of Abbotsford, Clearbrook, has the best tasting water in the world! Seriously! (Hidden by Airbnb) it! Abby New has a story on it Five things to do while in the Fraser Valley: 1. Visit Cultus Lake - spend a day at the beach 2. Castle Fun Park - good for any age - video, mini-golf, go-carts 3. Dino Town - a great place for younger families 4. Cultus Lake waterpark - rides for the mild and daring - and a hot tub for others 5. The Abby Grind hiking trail - if you climb this the view is amazing! You will understand why this area on earth is so revered. Search All trails Canada and BC then Abby Grind
