Most conveniently of all, the apartment allows private accessibility to the bed and bath, due to its two separate accesses from the living room and from the kitchen.
It comes well equipped with air conditioning, heaters, Internet WiFi, TV, CD/MP3 player, movies, refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4 ring stove, electric coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pantry items, dishes, utensils, ceiling fans, security box, and linens. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a bidet and towels. The apartment also features hardwood floors and doors.
Interaction with guests
With a privileged location, the apartment is within walking distance of the traditional Puerto Madero, Teatro Colón, Plaza de Mayo and Casa Rosada, Buquebus Port (ships to Uruguay), Retiro Central Bus and Train Station, and it is two blocks from the iconic Galerías Pacífico Shopping Mall. The historic and bohemian San Telmo district is only 20 minutes’ walking.
Please note that:
Children more than two years old are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Small pets are allowed in the apartment. They might have an extra, small charge.
Proof of identity, residential address and land phone number are mandatory before entering the apartment. Please send them with your scheduled arrival/departure times.
Any lost keys or broken items by guests might be deducted from the security deposit.
If the property is used in a careless, unruly manner or by having more people than the number allowed, the rental agreement will be inmediately terminated, meaning that the security deposit will not be refunded.
Kindly close the windows, and double check that all electronics, gadgets, lights and air conditioners are turned off any time you leave the flat.
Electricity in Argentina is 220v. Remember not to plug 110v electronics or gadgets directly to the electricity without a transformer.
In case of any anomalies or issue with the apartment, you are asked to contact immediately the owner or his assigned deputies.
